From this wonderful seaside location you can discover all Pembrokeshire and Carmarthenshire have to offer and with such an array of attractions you will be spoilt for choice. Enjoy the scenic Welsh coast with wonderful unspoilt beaches, vibrant seaside resorts of Tenby and Saundersfoot, boat trips to Caldey Island or the bird islands and wonderful water sports. Go inland to enjoy historic castles, museums, steam railways, zoos and theme parks. A perfect location for all year round holidays.

"Simply The Best"
A warm, comfortable, spotlessly clean & well equipped cottage even down to dog bowls being provided! Delightful personal touches abound with flowers & local cakes on the table & milk in the fridge for our arrival. The bathroom toiletries were definitely 5 star! Very comfortable bed but some, especially older folk, would find the beams difficult to negotiate!Lovely spot with good walks on the doorstep. We found the whole area extremely dog friendly. Lots of great beaches which allow dogs except from May-September. Many of the hostelries allow dogs also. The welcome pack was extremely comprehensive listing places to visit etc. The farm shop was an asset. The owners, Lee & Abi, are delightful. Good luck for the future.
Thank you for taking the time to write a lovely review of your stay in The Nook. We are so pleased your enjoyed your time here. We are glad you had a chance to look at our other cottages without the low beams in the bedroom. We appreciate your kind comments and understand that The Nook would not suit guests with mobility issues. It was a genuine pleasure meeting you both, we enjoyed the occasional chat while the sun was shining. Hopefully we will see you again. All the very best to you. Kindest regards, Lee and Abi Coastal Wood Holidays

"Peacefull and secluded the perfect spot"
A lovely cottage in a beautiful location. The property was spotlessly clean on arrival with delicious homemade cakes to welcome us. Lots of lovely homely touches. The cottage was always warm and was extremely well equipped, everything had been thought of. The diddly little shop was a lovely touch, with lots of information for days out, walking and eating out, there were even os maps to borrow. The owner was very friendly and helpful we couldn't have asked for more.
Thank you for your review of The Nook. It was great meeting you both and we are so pleased you enjoyed the cottage and our area. There are so many wonderful places to walk and explore which is why we like to have the OS maps and walking routes for everyone to use. We particularly love the Wisemans Bridge to Saundersfoot route via Pleasant Valley. We really appreciate your kind comments. Thank you. All the very best, Lee and Abi Coastal Wood Holidays

"Quality self catering accommodation in a quiet location but close to great beaches and tourist attractions."
Accommodation situated in a tranquil position and furnished to a very high standard. Lee and Abi are on hand should you need any advice on the local area and can also loan maps and tourist information guides if needed. There is a small shop on site for essentials but it is recommended to shop when you are out and about. There are some great walks on your doorstop and being located on the border of Pembrokeshire there is no shortage of things to do.
Thank you for your review of The Nook. It was a pleasure meeting you and your family. We particularly enjoyed the friendly chats after your days exploring or after returning from your long runs along the coast! It is always a privilege to have members of the Armed Forces stay with us, and we are proud to offer service discounts. We hope you had a good holiday here. Safe travels, Lee and Abi Coastal Wood Holidays

"Beautiful relaxing place to stay"
Our stay here was absolutely fantastic, a beautiful place to stay, The cottage was full of charm and character, very well equiped, the owners had thought of everything, the beds were comfy and everything spotless, beautifully kept. The "wood shed" is an small onsite shop which relies on an honesty box, this had all the grocery basics you could need, and treats too, chocolate, pizza and ice cream. Lee and Abbie the owners, are lovely people, nothing is too much trouble for their guests. The scenery is outstanding, the walks aroung the local woods and coastal paths give you some of the most breathtaking views. A visit to Amroth, which is 2 miles from the cottage is worthwhile, the local pub does lovely food. Look forward to visiting "The Nook" again some day, I cannot reccommend enough.
Thank you for your lovely review of The Nook. It was great having you stay here. The picture of the rainbows end in the play area is brilliant. It means so much to us when we know you have had a good holiday in this part of the world. We look forward to seeing you again. Kindest regards, Lee and Abi Coastal Wood Holidays
