OCEAN VIEW is an algarvewaterfrontapartment with 3 bedrooms, located in Marina Village Olhão. The Village Marina complex includes several apartment blocks with 4 floors. However, since the orientation is north-south, there are only four blocks where the end on the south side is located directly on the boulevard. The first two blocks are part of the 5* Real Marina & Spa hotel. So the number of private apartments with 'super' views is very limited and those all have three bedrooms. Our corner apartment is one of those.

Our luxury apartment is located in the third building on the third floor (2 elevators available), right on the boulevard of Olhão. It is just minutes' walk from the ferries to the beautiful islands Armona and Culatra, where you can really relax on beautiful and quiet beaches. But also only 5 minutes' walk to the lively center and fishing port.

It offers, from the living room and the terrace of 28 m2, a beautiful view of the lagoon to the islands of Armona and Culatra, and the Salinas (salt pans) with flamingos. From all bedrooms there is a view of the marina. On the roof of the building a swimming pool with sun terrace (with sun loungers), shower and toilet for the residents of the hall. Of course it is fully equipped. All rooms have air conditioning with remote control (also used for heating and dehumidifying) and electric darkening blinds. In the kitchen: a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, washer / dryer, a coffeemaker, toaster, steam iron, etc. There is a central vacuum system. Two bedrooms have a double bed (2m long), the third two single beds.

Cot, high chair, baby bath etc. available free of charge. Security deposit 250 (€ or £) to be paid in cash on arrival and to be refunded in cash on departure, if no damages have occurred.

Extra bed for a 7th person: € 7 per day.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Sophie (the owner) a message.

If Sophie (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
