A brand new 1 bedroom apartment, fully furnished, overlooking the lagoons and salt mines of Ria Formosa National Park, where you can see flamingos and other birds feeding on the salty waters. The apartment is on the 2nd floor, and has a spacious and sunny balcony with a Weber BBQ and a roof-top pool. 15 min by car to the nearest Golf Course (www.golfbenamor.com) and 10 min walk to a ferry to take you to beautiful unspoiled islands of Armona, Colatra and Farol. The 5 star Real marina Hotel & SPA is just 300 meters away from the flat with a marina in front, where you can rent a boat for a tour along the channels of Ria Formosa.

Free car parking in front of the apartment.

Seafood restaurants, fish and vegetable markets, cafes, bars, post office, shops, banks, taxis and train station/bus station are all within a couple minutes walk.

Faro, the capital of Algarve, with an international airport, is only 10 min away by car (see Google map attached).
To other places (by car): 15 min to Tavira; 30 min to Albufeira; 20 min to Vilamoura.

It is unfortunate regarding the dogs and likewise Olhao, famous as a sea town can experience its sea aromas during low tide. We hope that the additional cleaning expenses we deducted from your security deposit did not affect your overall evaluation of your stay. This was necessary to prepare the apartment for the next client as per our standards. We hope you will return to Portugal for future vacations.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Jorge (the owner) a message.

If Jorge (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
