From the owner

The house is luxury, modern, spacious and stylish, situated within a secure gated development. It is alongside Vila Sol Championship golf course and is surrounded by quiet and beautifully manicured gardens with four swimming pools, one of which is directly in front of the house.

The house is perfect for couples, golfers, families (with kids), and comfortably accommodates up to eight people. Three bedrooms are en-suite and the master bathroom has a separate bath and shower, twin sinks. The master bedroom open out onto a terrace that also overlooks the pool and extensive gardens. There are tables and chairs and a very comfortable sofa in the sitting room terrace, which is ideal for breakfast and lunch.

The house has air con in all the rooms, super fast WiFi, cable/satellite TV and UK TV. There is also a Bluetooth speaker that you can connect to your phone.

All amenities such as larger supermarkets, a wide variety of restaurants and bars, post office, banks, currency exchange and much more can be found within a 5 minute drive. The lovely Vilamoura marina is also only 5 minutes by car and Quinta do Lago/Vale do Lobo, with their beautiful beaches and golf courses are only a few minutes away. It is only a 5 minute walk to both the Vila Sol golf clubhouse and the Pestana hotel.

The house is 20 minutes drive from Faro Airport.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
