The apartment is on the top floor of a building composed of grounf floor, 1st. & 2. floor and consists of a balcony, living room with air conditioning, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom remodeled.

Regardless of the time of year, this apartment is extremely comfortable to spend your holidays because you will enjoy beautiful landscapes and for those who are nature lover, you can enjoy beautiful bike rides or walk to the beach or just around the surroundings.

The apartment is between 10 to 15 minutes’ walk from the centre and all services, allowing non-use of the car.

The apartment has almost all goods and necessary equipment you would expect in an apartment with their characteristics and hosts two people in the room and two guests in the living room, in the sofa bed.

We provide bedding and towels. Towels are change in the middle of the week and complete change in every 8 days.

If you wish to have a few more hours cleaning during your stay, contact with the office and schedule briefly.

This apartment does not have an elevator so people with physical difficulty or elderly may find it difficult to access.

Included in the price there are 2 public bicycles from Inframoura of Vilamoura as per picture in the site.

What is the system "Vilamoura Public Bikes"?

Vilamoura Public Bikes is a bicycle system shared use of Vilamoura. It consists of a public transport system through the shared bicycle use. Bicycles can be used throughout the Vilamoura area to travel or leisure through personal card.

The stations are designed so that the use is simple and intuitive. So when arrival at the platform, fit the wheel into the slot and the appropriate docking device. Do not leave your bike without making sure that it is properly fixed to the post (display the message Obrigado / Thank you). In the case of the display signal abnormality find another bollard and / or contact the service number you have on your card and station information panel.

The customer can use the system for unlimited periods of 45 minutes.

Time- table: in July and August from 07:00 to 02:00, in the remaining months from 08:00 to 20:00.

How do damage deposits work?

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
