Recently renovated with a fresh contemporary design, this stunning villa is nestled in the heart of the Vilamoura resort. It boasts a private swimming pool (10x5m, depths ranging from 1.05 to 2.30m) and a separate children's pool (3m diameter, 50cm deep), all set within a spacious 1.500m2 garden.

Perfectly positioned right next to the golf course, the villa is just 2 km from Vilamoura's bustling Marina. The property features five double bedrooms, each equipped with air conditioning. Three bedrooms come with ensuite bathrooms (comprising walk-in shower, basin, bidet, and WC), while the remaining two share a modern shower room (shower cubicle, basin, WC).

The villa's open-plan design encompasses a cozy living area with a wood-burning stove and a dining section, both equipped with air conditioning. The modern kitchen is fully equipped and includes a breakfast area, also with air conditioning. Outside, the expansive garden offers seating and sun loungers, a built-in barbecue, and a terrace with a dining table and chairs.

Situated in a tranquil section of Vilamoura, the villa offers easy access to nearby shops, supermarkets, restaurants, and bars. For those seeking vibrant nightlife, the Marina is just a 25-minute walk away.
