This villa is comfortably furnished and equipped, providing a welcoming and homely feel.

Located in quiet residential cul-de-sac within easy reach to all amenities.

The lively marina, with its great choice shops, restaurants and entertaining, can be reached within ten minutes walking.

The large common dining/living room opens to a large patio, ideal for meals “al-fresco”. The house is surrounded by a well-kept garden and an inviting private pool with roman steps.

Both ground floor bedrooms have direct access to the garden.

The built-in barbecue is available, sitting aside and its always an invitation to be used.

The main gates give access to a driveway that leads directly to the front door, with enough space to park 2 cars.

- On periods with flexible arrival day, we try not leave too many empty days between bookings so we recommend check the availability with us before placing a booking.

- On periods where a specific check-in day is required, the booking must be multiple of weeks, which means the check-out day should be the same. For example, if you arrive on a Saturday, you should also choose a Saturday as your check-out day.

House rules and suitability:

- The owners of our accommodations do not allow bookings for groups youngsters or groups made up exclusively of individuals of the same gender. We reserve the right of declining and cancel this sort of bookings without refund.

- Events and parties are forbidden.

- Pets are not allowed.

We had the most amazing time. Loads of space for everyone. Air con upstairs was the best. WiFi was great. Fully equipped kitchen - but would have liked some nicer wine glasses 20min walk to the Marin… More

The villa itself was fine, the pool was probably the best thing about it as it was just a nice size. The only issue we had was the noise of all the dogs in the cul-de-sac barking constantly......somet… More

Why can't I call the property manager before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
