Hilbre is a beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bathroom detached property set in a stunning and tranquil setting, this large property, with additional covered deck areas over looking Loch Fyne.With stunning views over Loch Fyne

and surrounding mountains its as good as it gets.

The local shop is 5 minutes walking distance from the house as well as the pontoon and stony beach, petrol station is half a mile away and local pub is the same.

This home is ideal for families, a larger extended family or a group of friends who want a quiet holiday in a peaceful location, a perfect base for touring Argyll and the western Highlands.

Hilbre is an extremely spacious, light -filled property and is tastefully decorated and furnished in a contemporary style.

The landscaped garden surrounds the home on all sides and a great variety of bird-life can be seen from the house.

There is a spacious hallway and a very large, new fully fitted, well equipped, modern, white kitchen with solid oak worktops, with view over the back garden. Everything that you need for a self-catering holiday!

Including an American style fridge freezer with huge storage capacity as well . The dining room is part of the kitchen where a oak table can sit 6 for dining. Off the kitchen is a useful utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. There is a nice size living room with a sun-room attached that has beautiful views over the garden and Loch Fyne .

There is two double front bedrooms with views over the loch from you bed as well a double fitted wardrobe in each room.

One of the double beds is a T.V bed where u press a button on the side frame and the T.V come out from the bottom bed frame.

The main bathroom has a two metre by one meter Jacuzzi bath that can easily fit two.

The back bedroom has two single beds with a en-suite bathroom that has a power shower.

There is decked area at the front of the house, ideal for catching the afternoon and late evening sun.

Hilbre catches spectacular sunsets over the bay and surrounding hills and mountains. The living room and sunroom gives uninterrupted views over Loch Fyne and Baycroft Bay Moorings in the bay below.

The Creggans Inn and the popular town of Inverary can both be seen clearly from the living room and sunroom.

Hilbre can accommodate up to 6 adults/children. The garden is a wonderful area to relax in and enjoy the views. There are large lawn areas and two patios that can be enjoyed one for the sun in the morning and the other cathes the sun all day.

A few minutes walk takes you down to a pebbled shore with a public pontoon and ramp from where you can look out over the bay with its moored yachts

Further details indoors: The property has central heating. All heating and electricity included in the rental. HD 42 inch T.V. available in the lounge. Further details outdoors: There are 2 patio areas, one catching the morning sun, the other the evening sun. Garden furniture included . Parking for 3 cars. Hilbre is superb for families

A short walk takes you down to the pontoon from where you can fish or catch crabs and see starfish. A mooring for a boat is available also.

If David (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
