From the owner

The condo is ideally located on Ashford Avenue, the heart of El Condado, San Juan's main tourist area. It is just steps away from the beach and around major hotels and casinos. Walk down Ashford Avenue and find plenty of restaurants offering from affordable to gourmet menu choices (some open 24 hours). Also find bars, nightlife, music, and hi-end boutiques such as Gucci, Louis Vuitton, Channel, and Ferragamo. On your way to the beach, stop by Barlovento or Ventana al Mar parks and try their restaurant/bar selections while chatting with locals or enjoying the magnificent ocean view. Also within walking distance are banks, medical facilities, pubs, drug stores (with food mart), supermarkets, Cafe's (Starbucks and others), and liquor stores . Very near the San Juan Convention Center and 5 miles from the airport. Drive to or take public transportation to historic Old San Juan (3 miles from the condo).

It is a 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom has a fully equipped kitchen, pool and coin-op laundry. There is a 24-hr parking lot across the street.

Although you are right in the middle of town, the condo is very quiet, safe and private.

Sunny, warm and comfortable

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Gloria (the owner) a message.

If Gloria (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
