“Perfect Stay at La Puntilla in Old San Juan” My husband & I stayed at La Puntilla for 2 nights after our week-long cruise ended in San Juan before flying home. It was perfect for us. First, Olivia was very accommodating, answering any concerns or questions we had promptly. We had a very early arrival into San Juan, which Olivia was able to arrange for our luggage to be held upon arrival so we could explore the city until the unit was ready for check in. Cristian was a pleasure to deal with. The apartment itself was great. French doors opening to balconies with beautiful views of the waterfront & city, a very comfortable air conditioned bedroom, nice kitchen area to prepare meals or snacks, and lovely living & dining areas which were kept cool by the breezes. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the cruise ships come in and out. It was a perfect setting. It was especially a beautiful place to enjoy the evenings. We loved exploring Old San Juan. There is so much to see. We walked everywhere, and having La Puntilla to return to was perfect. We were there on the weekend and were able to enjoy music, crafts and food stands right behind La Puntilla. As noted in the description, it is a gated apartment community with a four floor walk up, so it may not be for everyone. Carrying luggage up & down may be difficult for some. It isn't a hotel where you can call down for extra towels or room service. But for us, we felt it had everything we needed and added to our experience in Old San Juan. We would definitely recommend La Puntilla and hope to return one day.

“Fabulous!” Visiting Puerto Rico is not new to us so we knew right away where we wanted to be. 3 years in a row.The Stella Maris Condos is in the heart of the Condado area of San Juan. I have stayed with other owners condos @ Stella and as with all, they go the extra mile to make you comfortable. The best part of every condo in that building? You have the ocean right there!!! Omg! Waking up is such a pleasure listening and watching the waves endlessly roll in. While we were there we saw a double rainbow out on the ocean. Sooo pretty! You have everything right there everything from the very expensive to the frugal,your choice.The apt. was clean decorated with to the nines.A well equipped kitchen and appliances. We like having coffee every morning so having a machine there was a blessing,why pay 4.50 ea. at starbucks? The Marriott is right next door and we take full advantage of their pools and chaises.I recommend getting a rewards card at Walgreens, it pays to look at their flyer for specials. Rent a car, go see other parts of PR if not enjoy the beautiful beach right there, Joe has beach towels, a cooler and paper plates and so picnic it! Washer and dryers are available if need be. Know that the security in this condo is second to none! I can go on and on but see for yourself...we stayed 2 weeks and had a blast! I have recommended it now to 2 people...I need a commission! “Perfect beach house for our 6-day stay in Puerto Rico” Glad that we booked this house for our vacation in Puerto Rico! The house is right on the beach and very safe. During the weekdays, we had the beach pretty much to ourselves, the locals will join the party during the weekend. And the beach is so clean, residents from Loiza are very proud of their beach! The beach house has everything you need: spacious kitchen, washer/drier, big grill, roof bar, hot tub, beach chairs, beach towel, etc. And the Walmart is only 10 mins away, which we can get grocery for breakfast and beer/liquor. House owner and manager are very professorial and responsible, which made us feel safe and comfortable the whole time. We will come back to this property later on, and Loiza is a great location that it's not far from all the tourist spots.

“Excellent location without the hassle and extra costs of a hotel” The accommodations are excellent well kept and modern. It provides the perfect oasis to recharge for exploration of the island. The neighborhood is an ideal location and provides easy access to Old San Juan. The locals are friendly and understanding of tourists. David was helpful and made the checkin and checkout process seamless. We enjoyed our stay and give this rental top marks.

“Great condo!” Our family of 4 ( including 9 months old) enjoyed staying in this apartment in June 2014. The location is great, right on Condado beach, 10-15 minutes ride from Old San Juan and 15 minutes from the airport and short walk to restaurants ( try Oceano, two blocks away from the condo). The condo is in good condition, fully equipped with all the necessities to have a great time on the beach ( beach towels, chairs, umbrellas and etc). The building is very safe and secured. The owner is very helpful!
