“Fabulous clean house, with beautiful view!k” So happy we chose this place to stay. I wasn't sure at first because it wasn't within walking distance of Georgetown. But Charlie has a car for each villa to rent at a reasonable price. The villa is cute, spacious and super clean. The kitchen is fully stocked, so it made it easy to make breakfast or lunch and dine out every night. Charlie picked us up at the Airport and showed us the town and let us buy groceries before taking us to the villa. I was so happy when we drove up and saw the place. The view was unbelievable! From inside the house or on the patio, views of beautiful blue clear water just steps away! So much to do on the island or just relax on the deck. This really is the perfect place to stay! And Charlie is the best host, suggesting restaurants or an excursion to take. I would definitely rent from him again! Thanks Charlie!!

“Quiet, clean, close to the beach” Andre and Phyllis were very accommodating and did everything possible to ensure a pleasurable, quiet vacation. Added bonus - they are super nice people! The house is spacious and clean. Only used aC in the bedroom at night a couple nights but it worked well. We cooked a good number of meals, the kitchen had everything we needed. We did not rent a car - not necessary. The beach is an easy 10 minute walk (do take beach/water shoes). There is a grocery about a mile away and an ice cream shop 5 minutes away (both through residential neighborhoods). Local buses run to downtown, Cable Beach, etc. We would stay here again!
