Great Abaco Island house
4 bedrooms • 4 bathrooms • sleeps 9
“Perfect Getaway at the Kokomo” We rented the Kokomo Beach House in Casuarino Point for 9 days and was so totally impressed with the place that we felt like we were at home...everything you could possibly need or want was at the house. The house is beautifully decorated and the view from the front porch is priceless. We spent endless days and nights sitting on the porch enjoying a cocktail or two and just enjoying the view. The beach is a gorgeous white sand beach with turquoise waters to swim, paddle or boat on...walks on the beach in the early morning to the point to watch the sunrise were peaceful and beautiful...sunsets were watched right from our porch or out in front of the place on the beach...you get the best of both worlds from this location. Marsh Harbour is about 15 miles away, but this gives you the opportunity to pick up groceries, etc. while you are in town and enjoy grilling and making your meals back at the house. A very much needed fun relaxing trip was had by the 4 of us and highly recommend the renting of the Kokomo Beach House or one of Kathy's other 3 houses on Casuarino Point!

“breathtaking views” A beautiful home with breathtaking views. Waking to the sounds of the ocean every morning was a wonderful treat. All the ammenities of home in a luxury location! The beaches were close by and easy to get to. And the ocean side pool was the perfect place to relax with a cocktail! I went with a friend for a girls weekend but the house would easily accomadate a family too.

“Best wedding experience sight unseen!” In this society today, wonderful people are sooo hard to find, Ms. Martina confirms honesty and friendship. She worked and communicated with me on my wedding experience for the past 10 months as she offered her rental home to accommodate my Senior parents and children. Her home offered much more than any Ritz Carlton or Gaylord hotel or resort. The scenes at the rental home consist of aqua blue oceanfront and a beautiful sunset from the balcony and porch of the home. All the amenities were staged in the house for cooking, sleeping and family fun (boardgames) as well as the instant internet connectivity and which was superb! The property grounds was spacious to accommodate our brunch reception for our family. Having a setback with Customs Dept, Martina assured a successful event while offering dependable friends like Rev Coverley who married us! Mr. Meadows the transportation specialist who also kept his schedule open to taxi the family and us around and the property manager Ms. Denise who was always available and so kind to work with at the house (she is drying out my wedding bouquet to mail to me next month). As nervous as I was planning my wedding sight unseen, Martina and her friends gave me an honest word, opinion that it would all be perfect as can be. I am very proud to recommend her service to families, couples and wedding guest to stay with Martina and team! Hence, we will return for a honeymoon after we decompress from our wedding. Great Exuma house
3 bedrooms • 3 bathrooms • sleeps 12
“1st time to Exuma and wow what a place!” 1st time to Exuma and wow what a place. If you think you have seen aqua blue water then think again. When the pilot said we were landing it was clear as day we were in for a treat!! The water from the sky was just something unreal. Even the flight attendant commented as this was her 1st time working this route. That says a lot when she has traveled all the Caribbean. We get to Twin Palms within 5 minutes of the airport and to say its touches the water is an understatement. It feels like you're on a cruse ship from any part of the house. The water is literally beneath you which is a very rare setting at least for us. I can say walking the beach everyday, its the closest to the water on Tar Bay. Accommodations were great and the housekeeper Sandra did everything to make us feel at home. From groceries to advising on all the local hang outs it allowed our family to just focus on relaxing. If you like privacy and feel like you are on your own beach then this could be a good choice for you and your family. You could comfortable sleep 10 the way the house is set up. 2 families of 4 and 2 adults seems to be how they have set it up. We would definitely come back and actual consider buying something on the island.
Long Island house
4 bedrooms • 2 bathrooms • sleeps 6
“Too much service !!!” Long Island is as much about the community as the location. The owner/host made sure we were comfortable so we could experience both. He helped organize so many elements of our trip it's like he was a concierge in another life. Very comfortable and practical living space and a great base camp from which to enjoy a vacation. We're heading back again in spring 2012.
2 bedrooms • 3 bathrooms • sleeps 6
“Quiet, clean, close to the beach” Andre and Phyllis were very accommodating and did everything possible to ensure a pleasurable, quiet vacation. Added bonus - they are super nice people! The house is spacious and clean. Only used aC in the bedroom at night a couple nights but it worked well. We cooked a good number of meals, the kitchen had everything we needed. We did not rent a car - not necessary. The beach is an easy 10 minute walk (do take beach/water shoes). There is a grocery about a mile away and an ice cream shop 5 minutes away (both through residential neighborhoods). Local buses run to downtown, Cable Beach, etc. We would stay here again!
