“breathtaking views” A beautiful home with breathtaking views. Waking to the sounds of the ocean every morning was a wonderful treat. All the ammenities of home in a luxury location! The beaches were close by and easy to get to. And the ocean side pool was the perfect place to relax with a cocktail! I went with a friend for a girls weekend but the house would easily accomadate a family too.

“Best wedding experience sight unseen!” In this society today, wonderful people are sooo hard to find, Ms. Martina confirms honesty and friendship. She worked and communicated with me on my wedding experience for the past 10 months as she offered her rental home to accommodate my Senior parents and children. Her home offered much more than any Ritz Carlton or Gaylord hotel or resort. The scenes at the rental home consist of aqua blue oceanfront and a beautiful sunset from the balcony and porch of the home. All the amenities were staged in the house for cooking, sleeping and family fun (boardgames) as well as the instant internet connectivity and which was superb! The property grounds was spacious to accommodate our brunch reception for our family. Having a setback with Customs Dept, Martina assured a successful event while offering dependable friends like Rev Coverley who married us! Mr. Meadows the transportation specialist who also kept his schedule open to taxi the family and us around and the property manager Ms. Denise who was always available and so kind to work with at the house (she is drying out my wedding bouquet to mail to me next month). As nervous as I was planning my wedding sight unseen, Martina and her friends gave me an honest word, opinion that it would all be perfect as can be. I am very proud to recommend her service to families, couples and wedding guest to stay with Martina and team! Hence, we will return for a honeymoon after we decompress from our wedding. “Amazing home!” We had an amazing time staying in this home. It had everything we needed and more. I traveled with my husband and two yound children (ages 8 and 4). The pool was a wonderful bonus for the kids. It had a great shallow end for my youngest and the 6ft deep end was great for the rest of us. It's in a quiet residential area, directly on the water. Bring your fishing gear! It's a prime spot to fish off the patio. The amenities are as described including pool toys, DVD movies, highchair, pack and play, etc. It was a huge bonus to have a large kitchen and an outdoor grill by the pool because eating around the island is extremely expensive, so this saved us a fortune in the end. Cathy was wonderful to deal with through the whole process. The patio was a favorite spot for us to relax throughout the day. The home is very private so all you see is water. This home is about 10 mins from the bridge to Paradise Island where you'll find the beautiful Cabbage Beach and atlantis Resort. I highly suggest renting a car to get around the island, especially if you have children. The house has it's own parking space in a gated front yard, which was great because many homes have no buffer from the street. The house is also very close to a couple of grocery stores and fast food places if you want a quick bite. The home is very well kept, clean and updated. The beds were very comfortable for us and the a/c worked great. We kept the a/c off during the day because we were at the beaches but in the evenings we turned it on to sleep. This place was a wonderful find and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place in Nassau! Thank you Cathy!

“A great place to relax on island time!” We rented Little arches for a family reunion trip to the Bahamas. The house is divided into three units, with the two bedroom having the largest living area for gathering. We enjoyed our time together, cooking several meals in the kitchen or on the BBQ grill provided, then eating at the spacious dining table. We had a baby in our party and the owner provided a pack and play, which was nice. For any traveler with a baby, it would be wise to bring your own diapers, formula ad baby food. We were glad to see a blender in the house that we used to make our own baby food since we didn't realize how basic the grocery markets on the island were. We made good use of the beach chairs, umbrellas and towels provided as the pink sand beach was definitely a highlight of the island!

“Perfect Retreat” Martina this cottage was perfect to suit the unique needs of our group. It was so delightful to come home to a private space to rest and relax after a challenging day of sports programming under the hot Bohemian sun. The facilities were great and we enjoyed being able to eat outside on the porch with that cool Eastern breeze at the end of the day. Thank you so much for being so friendly and accommodating during our two week stay in Nassau at your Oceanfront Cottage. Highly recommended for those who want a piece of paradise outside of a resort setting.

“Great Private Home with Breathtaking Views!” I rented Dave's home during the MLK long weekend with 12 friends and a baby. It was our first time to the Bahamas and did not disappoint! TEAM/STAFF Diane (and Martina) were amazing prior and during the trip - answers the numerous questions I had. Diane in particular was available 24/7 - professional, warm, friendly and super helpful! Hilton, Travis and team were also amazing! As the property is outside of the downtown area, taxis were required to get to around. Hilton and his team were warm, personable and willing to meet us and help with anything ... from the minute we landed in Nassau, to stopping at a liquor store en route, grocery spree style shopping, the 445AM pick up for our race, to rescuing our large group in a freak deluge, and of course - finding a place that took 12 people for the Patriots game! I cannot recommend him enough! HOUSE While not like some of the mansions in the vicinity, coming on property immediately made us happy ... the Bahamian bright yellow villa and cottage with the amazing cerulean blue/green ocean view and palm trees ... we knew we were home. The villa (bigger of the 2 houses) was our primary hang out spot - spacious and well appointed. The main area is open space between the kitchen, dining room and living room with many French doors that opened out to a large porch facing the best ocean views, sunrise and sunsets and breezes (and walk down to a small private beach and waters). We had many a meal, drinks, birthday celebration and late night dance party :) The houses were also large enough that people could retreat for privacy. All bedrooms in both houses had good to large bedrooms with comfy beds ... and could not beat the soothing sounds of the ocean. The one note is that the cottage (smaller of the 2 homes) is not the same quality as the villa ... but still comfortable and lovely. But all in all - the property was amazing! We even attempted to open coconuts!!!!! LOCATION The location is a bit remote, but we also did not realize how sprawling New Providence was. That said, it was still a fantastic location - you could not beat the views and quiet. And while we did take a lot of taxis (airport, downtown, Cable Beach, Paradise Island) it was not far from eateries and a grocery store (walking distance). Our group thoroughly loved being here ... its a great location, especially for large groups. We did not want to leave this slice of paradise and cannot wait to return someday hopefully soon! Thank you Dave, Denise, Martina, Hilton and Travis for an absolutely amazing experience and trip!!!!

“Perfect beach location!” My family and I rented this condo for 2 weeks in February 2013. The condo was great! The beds were comfy and everything was there for you (satellite tv, dvd player, kitchen utensils, and towels!) The beach was absolutely perfect! The sand was impeccable, the water was warm and waves were a perfect sound to wake up to! I'd recommend this rental for older folks who just want to relax on the beach! Very quiet and relaxing!

“Clean, bright and cheerful with beautiful hosts” It all really starts with Susan and Ricardo. These folks are so kind, considerate and concerned for your well-being it makes the rest of the process effortless. The apartment is beautiful, clean, bright and safe. It's in a quiet neighborhood, a few miles outside the city but well worth it and close to the beaches. Really only have good things to say; you won't regret it.
