The Space
Surf787 Villa has seven guest rooms and is open year round. It is a brand new, modern property with a swimming pool, game room, yoga studio, ocean views, outdoor BBQ, parking for up 10 vehicles and tons of hammocks to lay down and relax!
The activity room has a pool table, ping pong table, dart board, board games, video games and work out equipment.
The entire Villa is also available for rent, accommodating up to 14 guests. There’s no better place to relax and enjoy your vacation.
Guest Access
Guests will have access to a contemporary ocean/sunset view Villa, nestled in a lush tropical canyon with 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms that sleeps 14 guests. Perfect for families and large groups. All rooms have A/C, TV/DVD, mini-fridge, ceiling fan and WiFi.
Gourmet kitchen, spacious leaving room and dining room with panoramic ocean views can be enjoyed throughout this property. Beautiful swimming pool and BBQ area, yoga studio and game room with pool table, ping pong table, dart board and board games. Lots of parking, very private and safe. The real getaway.

Getting around
A rental car is a must in Puerto Rico and to enjoy your stay, you can rent any sized vehicle. All of the roads in Puerto Rico are paved; if you find yourself on an unpaved road, you are lost! :)
Other Things to Note
Surf787 Surf School operates year round and offers instruction for both adults and kids of all ability levels. Safety is our primary focus and therefore our group lessons are limited to a maximum of three students per instructor.
Surf787 offers private, semi-private (2 students) and small group lessons (3 students). All our instructors are CPR certified and encourage students to enjoy their learning experience and have fun.
For more experienced surfers who may be unfamiliar with the numerous surf spots in the area, we offer a surf guiding package on a daily or half-daily basis. Our surf guides know where the best waves are breaking and will take you to locations appropriate for your level of expertise. If you'd like to immortalize your finest surfing moments we can also arrange for a professional photographer to capture you riding the waves.
In addition to surf instruction Surf787 offers surf board rentals - soft boards, long boards, short boards and SUPs (Stand-Up Paddle boards) are all available to rent.
Surf787 has something for all ages…… ..a relaxing resort atmosphere exclusively for adults from December through April and a summer camp for kids from June through September. Beginners as well as experienced surfers will have the opportunity to enjoy the awesome waves and beautiful beaches of Rincon.
