Let us introduce you to Alonia Villa and walk you through it, step by step, allowing you to picture yourselves spending your holiday here and get all the details you need! Alonia Villa is a brand new, luxurious, high quality standards Villa, located in a beautiful location near Rethymno! Standing on an elevated area of two acres, at the picturesque Melidoni village, the Villa overlooks the surrounding area and small hills, offering an unobstructed, magnificent view to the nearby olive groves, trees and clear blue sky.

Layout

Exterior

Getting out of the Villa a large tile paved terrace welcomes you and awaits to offer you a unique summer experience! A wonderful 50m2 swimming pool, with its depth varying from 0.90 to 1.5 meters, is located in front of stairs leading to the terrace and it provokes you to dive at once! The pool area is equipped with sun beds and umbrellas, where you can sunbathe all day long, enjoying the hot greek sun! A large, comfortable can also be found in the garden, as well as a garden swing!

A few steps away a 10 sq. m. children’s pool, 60 cm deep, promises a lot of fun for our little guests and less worries for you! Your kids, will also have fun playing at the 50m2 lawn covered area next to the pool, providing outdoor toys! Furthermore, three bicycles, a ping pong table and a table football are also at the disposal of our young guests!

To make things even better, a big, shaded dining area for 10 guests, BBQ facilities and traditional wood oven, are also available at the terrace, giving you ample opportunity for al fresco dining or just relaxing outdoors. You can make a meal by steaks on the grill and freshly baked bread!

Additionally, a lovely, rocky built, botanical garden exits by the BBQ area, feeling the air with country side aromas and scents. Another siting area, under the shades of the trees, invites you to take a sit and have a refreshing drink or glass of wine, letting the summer breeze cool you down.

Interior

This marvellous Villa extends in 210 sq. m., each and every one of which show attention to detail, good taste and create a harmonious ambience, making it the ultimate vacation home for you, your friends and family!

A large living room featuring a beautiful open space, modernly and discreetly decorated with a modern fireplace, which adds a nice touch. An enormous sofa corner sofa for the whole family, where you can relax and have fun watching your favourite movie on the DVD player or playing your favourite Playstation game on the 50’ Samsung flat-screen TV. Besides the siting area, there’s a fully equipped kitchen of contemporary design and two counters, ideal to prepare your homemade meals! Also, a chic, blue and white dining area for ten people is next to the kitchen. Double doors from the living room, dining area and the kitchen offer access to a large, perimetrical veranda with patio furniture, as well as to the pool terrace, just by descending a some stairs. A shared, family bathroom with shower cabin and a washing machine is also available.

Green Suite

This suite features a large double bed (1.60X2.00), a 32’ LG wall TV, and an extra siting area, with a small table and two armchairs in front of a spectacular arched wall, covered with long windows, offering a stunning view of the surrounding area.

Red Suite

The Red Suite of Alonia Villa also features a Double Bed (1.40X2.00), a 32’ LG wall TV and offers access to a separate balcony with an extra siting area and fabulous views of the area. The Green and Red Suites share a spacious bathroom with a spa whirlpool bathtub.

Purple Suite

The Purple Suite has a Super King Size Bed (1.80X2.00) that could also be used as two single beds (0.90X2.00), a 32’ LG wall TV, an en-suite bathroom with shower cabin and double doors that offer access to the exterior of the Villa.

Turquoise Suite

The fourth suite of Alonia Villa is also equipped with a Super King Size Bed (1.80X2.00) that could also be used as two single beds (0.90X2.00), a 32’ LG wall TV and an en-suite bathroom with shower cabin. It also opens to a balcony with a siting area and amazing views.

Pink Suite

Like the previous two suites, the Pink suite has a Super King Size Bed (1.80X2.00) that could also be used as two single beds (0.90X2.00), a 32’ LG wall TV, an en-suite bathroom with shower cabin and its own balcony with a relaxing outdoor area.

All of the Suites are air conditioned and have a small boudoir, bed side tables and a wardrobe.

A safety security box and a first aid kit also provided.

Why can't I call the property manager before booking?

You can exchange contact details with the property owner/manager once your booking is confirmed and you’ve paid in full. Paying and communicating only through our platform allows us to ensure that your booking is covered by our Payment Protection policy.

If you have any questions before booking, you can send the property owner/manager a message via the contact form on their listing. Once you’ve booked, you can discuss the rental and make arrangements for your trip by logging into Manage my booking.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
