Each villa has its own private pool, sunbeds, garden, BBQ facilities and parking area. We also provide laptops and free bicycle rental. These elegant villas boast furnished sun terraces and balconies that offer breath-taking 360 degree panoramic views of the amazing landscape.The ground floor of each 2 storey villa comprises of a large living and dining area which opens onto a terrace overlooking the pool. Each villa is equipped with flat-screen TV's, satellite channels , CD and DVD players and Wi-Fi is available throughout.The modern open plan kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils and high quality appliances to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. There is also a twin bedroom on the ground floor and a bathroom with a walk in shower for your convenience. Baby cots and highchairs are available upon request. There are a further 2 spacious bedrooms on the upper level on the villa, one with twin beds and the other a double. Each have balconies with a view of the Cretan sea. There is a luxurious bathroom with a large bathtub on this floor and a large terrace to the rear of the property provides a spectacular view of the Cretan Mountains and countryside. All linen and towels are provided and there is a maid service twice per week free of charge. The entire property is fully air-conditioned for your comfort.Roupes villas are perfectly located in the centre of the island of Crete near the northern coast. This complex enjoys a secluded location and ensures privacy for its guests whilst providing added security and reassurance. It is an ideal base from which you can reach the main attractions and famous beaches of Crete.Restaurants, supermarkets and the beach can all be accessed within a ten minute drive from the complex. Guests can also enjoy the captivating charm of the surrounding area, exploring the traditional villages, historical buildings and archaeological ruins nearby. Bicycles are available free of charge.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.
