Villa Green Diamond offers absolute tranquility and plenty of comfort to satisfy even the most demanding guests, just 800m from the beach and 4.5km from the city of Rethymnon. Large indoor spaces can comfortably accommodate large families or groups of up to 10 people.

The villa is surrounded by a beautifully surrounding area of 1500 m2 with a heated swimming pool of 8 * 4,5sqm, sunbeds, barbeque, table tennis, billiards and bikes.

The house

Green Diamond is a unique villa in which guests can enjoy a lovely and luxurious hospitality. The elegant interior decoration fits into a very modern and functional home. Its location is incredibly convenient as very close to villa there are big supermarkets, taverns, restaurants, tourist shops, a gym, A riding club, a car rental office, a taxi stop and a bus stop with frequent local itineraries towards the city of Rethymnon.

Layout

Exterior area

The modern, outdoor private entrance and the exterior stone wall combined with the exterior trees offer the visitor a full privacy and security to enjoy peaceful and relaxing vacations. The outdoor area can give you endless hours of relaxation in the large heated pool around which there are comfortable sunbeds, poufs, a hammock, a large corner sofa and a very comfortable bed. There is also an outdoor shower in the same area.

In the barbecue you can enjoy your meal near the pool as it is fully equipped with an oven, grill, mini bar fridge, kitchen (dishes, cutlery, glasses etc.) and a large dining room.

The play room will surely give you lot of fun as you can play billiard 9f, soccer, darts and pin-pong (table tennis). In the same room you will find and gym to keep fit and during your holidays and sauna for 3 persons For the lovers of mini golf there are slopes of different difficulty with the necessary equipment on the back side of the villa. Even in your area, there are 4 free bicycles waiting for you to stroll around or on the long coastline of Rethymno's beach.

Finally, our younger guests can play comfortably on our beautiful fenced playground, swim in the children's pool or play PS4 pro.

Interior area

Ground floor

Entering the villa on the ground floor, you will find the modern and minimal living room with a comfortable sofa (which can also be a bed if needed), a large smart, satellite 43 TV, PS4 pro, fireplace and air condition.

Next to the living room there is a bedroom with two single beds, which upon request can be united to a double bed. The room has a balcony with view to the pool and it is equipped with a smart, satellite 43 TV, air condition, hair dryer and a large wardrobe.

The kitchen on the same floor is elegantly designed to meet all your needs, has a large and comfortable table and it is fully equipped with all electrical appliances such as oven, cooking hobs, fridge, dishwasher, microwave and other appliances (toaster, kettle, coffee makers, etc.).

On the ground floor there is also a bathroom with a shower cabin.

1st Floor

A staircase will take you upstairs, on the first floor where there are the 3 bedrooms and the large bathroom, which has a hydromassage bath, a washing machine and a hair dryer.

The first large bedroom has a king size bed, its own bathroom with shower, a 32 '' smart satellite TV, air condition, hair dryer and a spacious wardrobe.

The other two bedrooms have two single beds which upon request can be united to a double bed and they are equipped with a 32 '' smart satellite TV, air condition, hair dryer and a spacious wardrobe.

In the case you are traveling with a baby, there is a playpen, a baby feeding seat, security doors for the stairs and intercom connection for the baby.

It is worth to be mentioned that the mattresses and the two different kinds of pillows are from the well-known Coco-mat company, which ensures you a delightful sleep and relaxation with high-quality natural materials.

Additional amenities

The villa is equipped with an iron and ironing board, desk, safety deposit boxes, free Wi-Fi with impartial access to all indoor and outdoor area and all TVs support the NETFLIX service.

    How do damage deposits work?
