As soon as you step foot in the unique country house, you're welcomed by a stylish foyer leading to all upper floors and areas of this gorgeous home. It was recently converted from an exquisite Victorian house, designed and decorated with contemporary touches that complement the breathtaking surroundings of the mesmerising Laugharne.

Plenty of natural light comes through the large windows and terrace doors, making the whole house very bright during the entire day, enhancing the elegant ambiance, and allowing you to gaze at the majestic views of the garden.

This former restaurant is a bit of a celebrity as it was featured on the BAFTA award-winning BBC drama Keeping Faith.

The fully equipped kitchen is where you'll get to prepare delicious gourmet meals before gathering in the grand dining area with your loved ones and enjoying these tasty delicacies. Wash the dishes and move on to the entertaining bar or the living/cinema room, setting the stage for memorable evenings full of laughter and good times!

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

If Jac (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
