The interior is beautiful with double height windows looking out to sea and gorgeous furnishings and fittings. 3 double bedrooms, 2 living areas and a fully equipped kitchen.

For entertainment, you have a mezzanine area with pool table, 2nd TV with Playstation, there is table football on the balcony to play while dinner is cooking on the gas BBQ, and WiFi throughout the apartment.

Shared with the other apartments in the building, there is a terrace around a large pool and baby pool.

The penthouse is set near the beach of Dona Ana, close to the town of Lagos, where you will find small “town” beaches Praia da Batata, Praia da Dona Ana, Praia de Camilo and others. All these beaches are surrounded by high limestone cliffs.

The many beaches in Lagos are surrounded by a great network of paths that take you along the edges of the spectacular cliffs. Enjoy this unique opportunity to feast your eyes over some of the most dramatic vistas overlooking the Atlantic.

Lagos
The historic seafaring town of Lagos lies at the heart of the Western Algarve, sheltered by the Ponta da Piedade and guarded by an ancient fort. From here, in the great age of discoveries, Portugal's famous explorers set sail. Although now a lively and bustling town with an award winning marina and many shops, bars and restaurants Lagos retains the gentle atmosphere that is characteristic of Portugal and its people, providing a delightful insight into Portuguese life.

Praia da Luz
A fishing community since the earliest human settlement of this area, Luz has gone on to become a highly popular summer destination. There is a great variety of family friendly restaurants and bars, supermarkets and all the amenities for a complete holiday. The beautiful sandy beach is perfect for sun bathing and water sports, and Luz beach sports the European blue flag indicating clean sand and clean water. To the east of town you find some spectacular cliffs and among them the prominent black rock Rocha Negra. Luz is just 8 minutes west of the historic town of Lagos.

Burgau
6 km further west of Lagos Burgau has absorbed the advance of tourism yet still retains a strong character which remains relatively un-spoilt due to its location in a small cove bound by steep cliffs. The locals still set out to sea in brightly painted boats in pursuit of squid, lobster and sardines as they did a hundred years ago.Nestled on the edge of a national park, the steep streets lead to a horseshoe shaped bay where there is a beach bar, several cafés, bars and restaurants. Historic Lagos is just 10 minutes away by car.

Golf
There are several golf courses in the area including the Championship course Penina, the challenging and the picturesque Parque da Floresta and Boavista Golf and Leisure Resort. Right on the doorstep of Jardim da Meia Praia is one of the most prestigious in the Algarve, Palmares with its amazing sea views over Meia Praia. Opened in December 1975 with 18 holes, has been just recently renovated and rebuilt into 27 brand new holes.

Other Activities
Slide and Splash water park and Zoomarine are about half an hour's drive away and the local Lagos Zoo is great for the little ones. Horse riding, dolphin watching and grotto trips, jeep safaris and water-based sports can also be arranged.

“Great spec,good location,some odd bits”

This is a very well appointed apartment with 3 large bedrooms, lovely kitchen and outdoor space. Good tech kit, satellite TV pool table( on the flat with cue room), Fuseball etc. Access to shared pool, which was a little cool, but scrupulously clean. Short walk to value local bars, and not much further into old town. 5 minutes from pria. chairs around pool were 'owned ' by different apartments which was confusing. Only other down notes were large feature windows needed a seasonal clean and this took a little while to sort out, and underground garage not available. Otherwise great space for up to 3 couples or large family, no need for vehicle, but if hired the rest of the west is close by.
