Just a few minutes walk from the breath taking sandy beach and walking distance to the beautiful medieval cirque port town of Rye. Perfect for families and friends exploring the incredible history of the local area and enjoying England’s finest sandy beach on your doorstep.

Sea Esta is a stunning, three bedroom Camber Sands holiday cottage that has been imaginatively furnished in an appealing, contemporary Hamptons style. With far reaching views of the marsh, located just a few minutes walk from the famous and breathtaking Camber Sands beach.

This contemporary Camber Sands holiday cottage is decorated and equipped to a very high standard in a New England style which is modern and fresh, making this bright and airy seaside cottage the perfect place to enjoy this beautiful corner of East Sussex.

The ground floor features a generous living room with sofa bed and a large open plan kitchen/dining area extending into the garden room. A perfect combination for entertaining. The first floor comprises a large master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and fitted wardrobes, complemented by two further good sized bedrooms and a family bathroom.

The open plan kitchen, dining room and garden room are the perfect “hang out” or “chill out” area for groups of friends or families alike. Meanwhile, the slightly more formal bright and sunny sitting room has a sofa bed that can sleep another two persons, making Sea Esta a very cost effective option for larger groups.

Sea Esta is equipped with guest’s enjoyment, relaxation and comfort in mind. One particular highlight is the sunny, south-facing, decked patio garden complete with barbecue, dining table and chairs a perfect spot for relaxing in the sun or with a beer after a day on the beach.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
