Brimming with Character, this charming mid-Terrace Cottage is set high above the slate town of Blaenau ffestiniog and is within easy walking distance of the towns amenities including shops and eateries.

The famous Ffestiniog railway Station is just 5 minutes walk and the train takes you through the mountains and down to Porthmadog, there you can change to the Welsh Highland railway for a breathtaking journey deep into Snowdonia National Park and on to Caernarfon with its magnificent Castle.

The town is also home to the Zip World Titan, the Zip World Caverns, Bounce Below, underground tours of the slate mining Caverns, Antur Stiniog mountain bike trails.

Walking from the house there are lakes and old mines, with well maintained Footpaths including the Snowdonia Slate trail.

Black Rock sands are only 10 miles away, you can drive onto the beach and drive as far as you want and set up for the day plus it is dog friendly!

So plenty to do as well as beautiful countryside.

Unfortunately due to COVID rules there will not be a welcome pack, but there will be tea, coffee and condiments. The porch is large with space to secure bikes, you can also hang wet clothes and dry dogs off easily, plus there is a tumble dryer and hanging rack. There are some logs for the wood burner. The back garden is high up above the house and is secluded with views up the mountains. The lady that looks after the house lives opposite and will always help out if there was to be any problems. There is plenty of info , maps and leaflets about the area,

    How do damage deposits work?
