This complex consists of four separate autonomous houses with shared garden and barbecue area and communal swimming pool. Diktamos Villas brings a new style of greek hospitality and are perfect for those who love antiques, classic art pieces and would like to feel like home away from home. Cosiness, homely atmosphere and a high quality of service, all of this you will experience in Diktamos Villas.
These houses sit within a 1,500 m² private estate on the northern coast of Crete, near the town of Rethymnon, in the village of Atsipopoulo. Atsipopulo is a nice suburb of Rethymnon Town, only 5 km from the city center. There is nothing that you cannot find in Atsipopoulo nowadays, as it has all kinds of shops, supermarkets, bakeries, many restaurants and services. The spot of the complex is ideal for people who want a quiet place to relax but to be close to everything. Furthermore it is a great base for making excursions around Crete as the main national road is only 2 minutes away.
Layout
Ground Floor
On the ground floor there is an open plan area with the living room, the dinning area and a fully equipped kitchen. The living room has also the fireplace. There is also small library with books in different languages a flat screen satellite TV and two big sofas. The ground floor also has a WC with shower. From the living room and the dining area there is access to the veranda.
First Floor
Reaching the first floor through the wooden staircase, guests will find the three bedrooms of the Villa, two of them offers a double bed (1,60 X 2,00) with balcony access, while the other one features two single beds (1,00 X 2,00), which can also be joined together to form a king sized bed (2,00 X 2,00) upon request. All bedrooms are air conditioned. Finally, a bathroom with a bathtub is also available on this floor.
There is a communal washing machine in the complex that you can use.
Outdoor area
The outdoor area of the complex offers several facilities, shared between the villas, which include:
- A 40 m² communal swimming pool with sun beds, umbrellas and resting area
- Barbecue and outdoor dining area
- Beautiful garden with seating area
- A communal washing machine
- Each villa has it own parking space
