Perched on a hill near the charming Atsipopoulo village, Villa Belle boasts breathtaking panoramic sea views from every corner of its pool terrace and verandas. The Villa also benefits from its proximity to Rethymnon, allowing you to take advantage of its convenient location to explore the nearby beaches and villages.
Layout
Spanning an impressive 440 sq.m. across three storeys, this exceptional property caters to the needs of modern travelers, comfortably accommodating up to 14 guests in its 7 bedrooms.
Ground Floor
The ground floor of Villa Belle encompasses the inviting living room, a modern kitchen, two bedrooms, and one and a half bathrooms.
- The living area is equipped with a corner sofa, 75'' HDTV featuring a PS3 gaming console, a cozy fireplace and a dining table for 12 guests. Step onto the ground floor veranda, offering several lounging spots and enjoy the amazing views. From here, you can also access the pool terrace.
-The fully equipped kitchen, complete with a separate indoor dining table for 6, also boasts a seamless connection to the veranda.
- A bedroom featuring a king-size bed (1.60 x 2.00) equipped with a 32'' TV, A/C, a vanity with a mirror, a wardrobe, and windows that provide stunning sea views.
-A bedroom offering two single beds (0.90 x 2.00), a vanity, a wardrobe with a suitcase stand (the beds can be joined to create a king-size bed upon request), A/C, sea view, and an en-suite WC.
-An additional bathroom with a shower cabin is also located on this level.
First Floor
On the first floor of Villa Belle, guests will find:
- The master bedroom features a king-size bed, a 32'' TV, A/C, a vanity with a mirror, and an en-suite bathroom complete with a Jacuzzi bathtub. It also features a spacious closet with a safe and provides access to a private veranda with a seating area.
- A bedroom with 2 single beds that can be converted into a king-size bed upon request, equipped with A/C, a vanity, and grants access to a large private veranda.
- For added convenience, a well-appointed bathroom with a shower cabin is available for use by guests staying in the second bedroom.
Lower floor
As guests descend a few steps, they will discover an array of delightful features:
- The final three bedrooms, each boasting a king-size bed, en-suite bathrooms with shower cabins, wardrobes, and individual TVs.
- A captivating playroom area awaits, offering a comfortable corner sofa and coffee table, a 65'' HDTV, a Playstation 4, and a selection of board games and access to the garden. Additionally, the playroom is furnished with a pool table and a foosball table, ensuring endless hours of entertainment.
- For those with an athletic inclination, an impressive gym area awaits equipped with a range of fitness equipment, including a treadmill, elliptical machine, chest press, and a mirrored wall.
Outdoor area
However, the true gem of Villa Belle lies in its magnificent outdoor area, spanning over 3 acres. From this vantage point, you'll revel in unobstructed views of the magnificent Fortezza fortress, the charming Rethymno town, and, of course, the mesmerizing expanse of the blue sea and sky. More specifically:
- Immerse yourself in the refreshing waters of the private, infinity swimming pool, spanning an impressive 70 sq.m. and reaching a depth of 1.40m. Bask in the sun on one of the five built-in sun beds, while savoring the warmth of summer days. The pool can also be heated with an additional daily charge for the entire stay.
- A second, free-shaped pool, measuring 38 sq.m and being 0,70m deep is also available featuring a built-in seating area and charming wood-burning fire pit.
- The pool terrace is equipped with 2 sun beds, 2 bean bag loungers, 2 gazebos with double beds and an outdoor shower, so you can sunbathe with ease. Next to the pool, a spacious, shaded seating area offers a large built-in corner sofa and 2 coffee tables.
- Linger in pure bliss in the 6-seater hot tub, where you can unwind while enjoying the views. Adjacent to the hot tub, a bar awaits, complete with an outdoor sink, four stools, and an additional built-in corner sofa, all perfectly shaded for your comfort.
- The gas BBQ and wood-burning oven allow you to enjoy al fresco setting. The outdoor kitchen also features two gas hobs, a fridge, and an outdoor sink, as well as an outdoor dining table for 14 guest.
- For sports enthusiasts, a dedicated sports field (for volleyball, tennis, basketball, soccer) awaits below the pool level. Additionally, a mini-golf court and a ping pong table are available for friendly competitions and endless fun.
- The shaded playground and lawn covered areas will keep children entertained with a trampoline, swings, and various toys.
- The Villa features a gated entrance, parking space and is fully fenced and private.
