Welcome to Green Oasis Residence, indeed an oasis located amongst nature, in a peaceful olive grove, offering complete privacy and outmost relaxation. The location is also very convenient as it’s just a short drive away from the picturesque Old Town of Rethymno and its long sandy beach, as well as shops.

The 160 m2 Villa is ideal for families with young children, as all areas are located on the ground floor, providing easy every day living and indoor-outdoor access. Also, as the property features several independent areas, it offers privacy and autonomy within your group. Green Oasis Residence boasts 4 bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate 8 guests. This beautiful Villa was recently renovated, combining traditional and contemporary elements, creating a holiday ambience.

Layout

Entering the main house, on your left hand, guests will find the master bedroom with a king size bed (1,60 x 2,00), open fireplace, sitting area, and attic with a semi-double sofa bed are very cozy thanks to its stone walls and wooden ceiling. A bathroom with a shower cabin and washing machine can be used in the master bedroom. There is also a door that connects the master bedroom with the second bedroom of the Villa, also featuring a double bed (1,40 x 2,00) and an en-suite bathroom with a shower cabin, which is convenient for families with kids and you can use it as you wish. This bedroom has an independent entrance as well.

On your right hand, you will find an open plan area consisting of the living room, featuring two comfortable sofas 40’’ TV, an indoor dining area for 8 guests, and a fully equipped kitchen with branded, built-in appliances which offer access to the back garden. Double doors and many windows keep the room sunny and airy all day long and also offer direct access to the pool terrace and BBQ facilities. Furthermore, the third bedroom offers 2 single beds 0,90 x 2,00 (that can be joined together to form a queen-sized bed) and direct access to the pool.

Finally, an autonomous guest house, with its own private entrance offers a bedroom with a king size bed (1,60 x 2,00), desk, 32’’ TV, a small fridge and an en-suite bathroom with shower cabin.

Outdoor Area

The 2.500 m2 outdoor area of Green Oasis Residence is beautifully landscaped, surrounded by lawn covered areas, flowers and plants, creating an ideal area for the kids to play. Also, the pool terrace enjoys amazing nature views and also offers a variety of amenities which include:

- 30 m2 private swimming pool. Minimum depth: 1.50 m. Maximum depth: 1.60 m.

- Fully equipped, charcoal barbecue facilities with an outdoor sink, wood oven under a pergola shaded by a vine arbor.

- Numerous furnished spots for relaxation and sunbathing (sun beds, umbrellas and patio furniture). Additionally, there is a sitting area overlooking the garden and the property with beautiful sunset views on the first floor above the main house.

- Free, parking space for several cars inside the Villa premises.

- The whole outdoor area is totally fenced, offering 100% privacy to our guests.
