-Check in is after 4:00 pm and Check out- is any time before 11:00 am. You will be charged $15 per hour past 11:00 am. We have a cleaning staff that needs all the time they can get to ensure that everything is in order for the next arriving guest!

-No pets allowed! Violators will be charged $250 and discretinary reservation termination without any reimbursement.

- Please take all trash out in a closed plastic bags to the trash barrels located across near the fence. All garbage must be in closed plastic bags and bin top must closed or it WILL NOT be picked up

No candles, hair dye or surfers wax of any kind to be left anywhere on property. $150 charge + Full purchase price of any items found to have remnants of above mentioned items.

- All guests must be pre registered

THERE IS A SELF OPERATED GENERATORS ON THE PROPERTY. A VIDEO WILL BE SENT TO YOU ON ITS USE WHEN REQUESTED. WHEN GENERATOR IS ON IT IS "NOT" FOR A/C USE. A FAN IS IN THE ROOM IN THIS RARE EVENT OF PROLONGED POWER OUTAGE! Solar panels arriving soon.

The entire property is smoke free. $150 fine. Violators can have their reservation terminated with no further reinbursement.

-Parking-There is a parking space available for you right in front along the fence. Do not park past the neighbors fence as its an exit for them.

-Wifi- HIGH SPEED WIFI. On rare occasions, unforseen internet outages may occur. Have your favorite shows downloaded and bring fully charged battery packs.

KEEP SAND/DIRT OUT: A showers has been provided on the side entrance for you to rinse off. Please don’t let sand run down the main plumbing. Septic system is VERY sensitive. Brooms are located on the side of the washer and upstairs in the back balcony. Excessive sand anywhere in the apartment, including the showers, will be charged $150.

-Stovetop- We have installed professional gas cooktop. Gas tank in outside and near the window. Righty-tighty, leftie-loosie!

-Water usage- We are an environmentally friendly property. We have a solar warm/hot water tank that was installed on the roof. A high end valve was installed for consistent, reliable warm/hot water. Do your part to conserve water. Limit your showers whenever possible.

There is a gravity run water-tank on the roof which ensures water when the municipality shuts off power.Totally out of our control. Water pressure will be lower.

-Electricity and utilities- SOLAR PANELS ARRIVING SOON. Please note that because this is a beach community the internet and electricity can go out from time to time. The local municipality is upgrading their electrical lines to ensure a more reliable connection. No refunds will be given for loss of power, internet, television or any other amenity that is out of our control.

-Toilets and sinks- The septic systems are VERY sensitive so be sure to try to not flush any amount of toilet paper nor other items down the toilet. A wastebasket is provided. Throw ALL paper in the wastebasket. That would be fabulous. A fee of $100 will be charged if clogged with paper. Pipes are cleared with a snake between guests.

-Dishes- your unit is fully equipped. Please be sure to clean all items before check-out. Housekeeping will greatly appreciate the extra time.

-Laundry- not included in rate. Laundry service can be provided for a fee of $10/load. Service is provided daily from 12-6pm. Must be prearranged. available. Laundromat info will be provided if service is unavailable.

-We know that accidents happen. Basic cleaning supplies are under the sinks. Broom, mop, swiffer is in the back and downstairs next to the washer. Please let us know right away if something breaks so we can fix or replace it so you can continue enjoying your vacation. You deserve it.

-Damages- Do not remove articles from the unit including, decor, bath, hand, face towels, appliances, dishware, furniture, pillows, towels, etc.

Why can't I call Tamara (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Tamara (the owner) a message.

If Tamara (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
