Perfect Apartment

We found this apartment to be just perfect. The location is great; within walking distance of all major attractions, but situated just away from the really busy tourist areas. A wide range of restaurants, a bakery and a supermarket were all within a minute's walk, and provided everything we could need. The apartment itself is beautiful. Extremely spacious and well-equipped, immaculately clean, and furnished to a very high standard. The two outside terraced areas are a real bonus, and provide a lovely setting to relax with a coffee or a glass of wine in the sunshine. Stefano, the owner, could not have been more helpful, friendly or accommodating. Right from our initial inquiry, he responded quickly to all our communications, and provided detailed and accurate information. As we visited at a busy time and we were quite a large group, he reserved a table for us at a local restaurant for the evening of our arrival, which was really useful and made things much easier. All in all, we can not fault the accommodation, the service we received or the location of this apartment. It really was perfect. Venice itself is a wonderful city, and we would all love to visit again very soon - and when we do, we would very much like to stay here! … see more

Sweet Home Venice - Cozy apartment with garden
On the slower side of Venice

A cosy place with a lovely garden to enjoy a few quiet moments, comes in handy especially if you happened to get pummeled by masses at San Marco square. Very good location close to not so touristy Canneraggio. Supermarket and vaporetto station Ospedale within 5 minutes walk. The only negative side were the mosquitoes...no chance to avoid them though if you want to enjoy a little but of green in Venice. Very helpful landlord. … see more

Bianca Tea was ideal for our family of four, including two teenagers. It is ideally situated right in the heart of Venice and although the nearby streets are very busy the apartment is in a quiet courtyard and there was very little noise. Marco made the booking process very easy, and replied promptly to any questions we had. The apartment is clean and pleasant, and the free Wi-Fi was invaluable. Quiet, authentic neighborhood location

Apartment Testa is located in the neighborhood of Cannaregio, in an old palazzo behind tall iron gates leading through a garden. It is close to the Campo of Sts. Giovanni and Paulo and its famous equestrian statue. The apartment is an easy walk to the Fondamenta Nova, where the alilaguna arrives from the airport and vaporettos leave for the islands. The closest vaporetto stop on the Grand Canal is Rialto. It is a perfect location for wandering down narrow streets and over small canals. The apartment itself is quite spacious and the kitchen is well-equipped. We were met at the Fondamenta by a representative who walked us to the location and saw that we were settled in. She gave us directions to the nearby grocery store where we could find provisions. We had a wonderful, comfortable stay and would certainly stay here again. … see more

Great location

The location was great. There are water bus stops closer than the Rialto Bridge. Many places to shop & eat in the area. The apartment was clean & roomy. The garbage rules were hard to follow at 1st. There are many stairs but with a beautiful view at the top. There were 10 of us at the end of a 2 week adventure & this was our home base for our last 3 nights. We love Venice even with high water! We would stay there again but with lighter luggage. … see more
