BiancaTea Venice apartment (as advertised in many sites) is located on the sunny second (topmost) floor of an ancient (Byzantine remnant decorations on the facade), typical Venetian three-storey building, looking onto the private Corte de Ca' Amadi, in the pulsing heart of Venice (see map!); Rialto Bridge and St. Mark Square are just 5 minutes walk away. The vaporetto (water bus) Rialto stop is also very close (5 minutes), so you do not need to pull your trolleys up and down many bridges on arrival/departure.

Plenty of restaurants, shops, supermarkets, cafes and bars are at hand to make your stay charming and easy going. Our apartment guide will reveal you the "secrets" of nearby area to experience the true Venice like a true Venetian. Though centrally located, the peaceful and private Corte de Ca' Amadi, once the courtyard of the XV Century Palace of the silk merchant family Amadi, with its ancient staircase and the marble well, is “far from the madding crowd" of the Venice grand-tour. Marco Polo houses are only 50m far.

The Malibran Theater (location of concerts from classic to pop), is just 50m away. New luxury T Fondaco (T Galleria) shopping center is only 2 minutes away. La Fenice (Venice Opera House) and Goldoni (Venice Drama and Comedy House) Theaters can be also reached in less than 10 minutes.

The apartment is only 10 minutes walk from the ferries leading to the islands: Lido (beaches), Murano (glassware artesans), Burano (pictoresque fishermen village), Torcello (VI century churches), San Michele (the quiet, monumental cemetery, where many international famous people like Igor Stravinskij, Ezra Pound, Antony Quinn decide to rest).

The apartment is officially registered at the Tourist Board of Venice.

BiancaTea is a 70 squared meters, comfortable, sunny, tasteful, stylish and cozy apartment, fully restored and renovated. It is equipped with radiator heating in all rooms, air-conditioning (in the main bedroom), fan in the second bedroom), free WiFi Internet, free-on-air SAT-TV, safe, towels, bed sheets, and dishware.

The flat consists of one timber-ceiling, living/kitchen room, with a dining table (extendable) and a large sofa; the kitchenette is fully equipped (4 cooking gas plates, microwave/electric oven, dishwasher, fridge, sink, kettle, toaster). Iron, ironing table and vacuum cleaner are also available.

One spacious, wonderful timber roofed double-bedroom, with a double bed, a single chair-bed to pull out and a large wardrobe.

One fresh and cozy bedroom with three single beds and a wardrobe.

Warm parquet floor is in all rooms.

The bathroom is equipped with shower, sink WC, bidet and hair dryer. The rooms, kissed by the morning sun, have a view onto the private courtyard or the surrounding roofs.

The location is perfect - only a few minutes the Rialto Bridge and 10 minutes the Piazza San Marco. The apartment is well equipped. The proprietor is very friendly and easy to get in contact with.

Dear Madam, I am sorry you spent your vacation in Venice during the hottest week of the hottest summer from decades. Usually temperatures are below 30-32 degrees in summer. That said, you should be more careful in accusing an owner of unfaithful flat descriptions, that is unacceptable on my side. If you had read with care the flat description, before booking, you would have read that there is a conditioner in the main bedroom and a fan in the second. In normal summer weather conditions they are enough (as many visitors before you could verify). As well, the description clearly states that the flat is at the second floor (of ground, first and second). Regarding the shortness of the light timer for the stairs, why haven't you informed me of your problem DURING your stay? I would have contacted the condominium manager to see if the time could be increased for your particular needs. Moreover, light switches are enlightened to located them. I am always available to help my guests, but they should at least put me in the condition to be helpful such that a ''big issue'' can become a no issue at all ...

How do damage deposits work?

If Marco (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
