Villa Ravello Grecamore - Spacious, Stunning Views, Parking, Kids Pool, WiFi
We had a great time at Villa Ravello Grecamore. The villa is well presented with fantastic views across to Minori and Maiori. Nice local restaurants are short walk away in the square, the public pool just up the road is great for a relaxing family day. Paola and John are lovely hosts, helped us out with local advice and information. Highly recommended! …
Casa San Tommaso
Having visited Casa San Tommaso in July 2017, we had a fantastic holiday. The host was perfect - couldn't do enough to help us, but left us to enjoy our holiday, was a great winemaker and a brilliant tomato grower too!
The apartment is beautiful, the terrace is a great size, immaculately kept (as is the rest of the apartment) and the view is just breathtaking. It was a real wrench to leave it every day, but nearly impossible on the last day!
Thank goodness for the air conditioning, the weather for our visit was wonderful, in the very high 20s for the entire time.
Facilities were spot on, in fabulous condition and we felt very comfortable from the moment that we arrived. Can't recommend a visit to Casa San Tommaso highly enough, really wish that we could've stayed for another week! If you're looking for a holiday on the Amalfi Coast, then you won't be disappointed with choosing Casa San Tommaso. …
villa genny and emily Positano
This location is amazing! While the apartment was beautiful it was the host that made our stay memorable. Emily welcomed us with open arms while helping us with our luggage. She provided fresh veggies from their garden and brought us a welcome drink. She has great deals as far as tours, restaurants, boat rides etc.. I would HIGHLY recommend this location to anyone that wants to enjoy the exquisite Amalfi Coast. This was a once in a lifetime experience. Thank you Emily and family! We love you!
Rifugio degli Dei - Afrodite
From the moment we arrived we was blown away by the amazing view...David and Anna were the best hosts and the accommodation was perfect. Waking up every morning and opening the bedroom window was the reason I chose this B+B, you will not be dissapointed at all!!! Highly recommend and we will defiantly be back, regardless of the steps we climbed to and from this place once you reach the top you forget all about it and just breath! Thank you once again, will be planning our next visit soon. Ciao :) …
This apartment had everything we needed and was very well maintained. The location is superb - away from the hustle and bustle but very easily accessed by regular bus service which stops almost outside the door. Owners are very helpful and happy to answer questions. Lovely local restaurants within walking distance, but many run free taxi services too. …
A great base for exploring the Amalfi Coast
I stayed here for a week with three Italian friends. The property is clean and well-equipped and comfortably accommodated the four of us. There are two double bedrooms (one en-suite), a spacious living room ( a former chapel), bathroom and kitchen. There is secure parking at the bottom of the 60 or so steps that lead to the property. The undoubted highlight is the large terrace, which is great for sunbathing or alfresco dining under the shade of the lemon trees. It comes equipped with a barbecue and an outside shower.
It takes about 10 minutes to walk from the property to the centre of Minori and a further 5 minutes to the beach. Minori is a fairly small town that makes a good place for exploring nearby Ravello and Amalfi. There are also regular ferries that take you to places such as Positano and further afield to Capri. The town has several small supermarkets and a range of specialist food shops (greengrocers, butchers, bakers, etc). Sal de Riso, with its amazing patisserie, is not to be missed, and the limoncello from Gambardella is great. Locanda del Pescatore and La Botte are recommended for eating out.
The host Maurizio could not have been more friendly and helpful.
I have only two criticisms: the WiFi was a bit erratic and the nearby building work was a bit distracting on weekday mornings. That said, I would definitely recommend Mastrotonno and would happily return there in the future. …
