This superior quality, fully air conditioned apartment for rent is on the 10th floor and offers magnificent views of the sea. The apartment is bright and airy and is very well equipped with everything you will need to help you thoroughly enjoy your stay. Total refurbishment complete for 2015. A place where you can escape the stresses of daily life.

Alvor is a beautiful, old fashioned fishing village in the Algarve with plenty to offer, from a long sandy beach to a variety of shops, restaurants and golf courses and the people are really friendly.

Luxury one bedroom, sleeps 2-4, 100m from the beach and walking distance to shops, bars, cafes and restaurants.

Bedroom:Twin bedded room which can also be made up as a double, please specify on order form. Large capacity wardrobe. Air conditioning (can be used to cool or heat).

Patio door opens onto veranda.

Bathroom:Bathroom with shower, wc, bidet, washing basin and washing machine.

Kitchen:Well appointed kitchen with granite tops, hob, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, hand blender, kettle and toaster. There is a good range of crockery, cutlery, glasses & utensils.

Living Room:Lounge/dining area includes air conditioning. Chaise Longue and pouf (converts into a very comfortable double bed). Large flat screen smart TV. Cable TV and Internet Access. Dining table, 6 chairs, coffee table, vacuum cleaner.

Patio doors to veranda.Outdoor:Sunny private veranda with outdoor dining table and 2 chairs.

Cleaning/Towels/Linen/Maid Service:Towels and bed linen are included and are changed weekly.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Nadia (the owner) a message.

If Nadia (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
