Casa do Cedro is a spacious 2 storey villa,it includs a lovely swimming pool surrounded by garden,patio and terraces.

This property is a private villa and pool, situated in a countryside area of Vilamoura.

Casa do Cedro is 25 minutes drive away from Faro Airport.

In 5 minutes drive you can be at Vilamoura´s marina where you find a big variety of shops,bars,coffee-shops,all type of restaurants and clubs, beaches

or go to Quarteira (8 minutes Drive) for markets, traditional shops and restaurants,supermarkets, etc.

At the marina you can also find a great offer of boat and fishing trips and all kind of water sports.

Beautiful golden beaches are at 6 minutes drive from Casa do Cedro.

Within the area are 5 of the world class golf courses.

This property has a wonderful 9x4m pool (1m-2.25m depth),which can be heated by request at additional cost.

By the pool there is a built in BBQ and a patio with table and chairs where you can relax and enjoy life outdoors.

Also by the pool is an outside shower and a half bathroom, washing machine and a small fridge.

This outside area also provides an outdoor´s table tennis, small putting green and darts board.

The ground floor:

As you enter the villa you´ll find a large hallway,leading to the living dinning room which is very spacious and full of light.

From the living room there is a balcony that leads to the garden and pool.

The living space provides you with a flat screen satellite tv, dvd player as well as free WIFI.

There´s also a large fireplace with an incorporated log burner.

By the dinning room you´ll find a fully equipped kitchen.

Also on the ground floor there is a bathroom with bath and one shower room.

There is a bedroom with twin beds and another with double bed, both with fitted wardrobes, both with A/C.

First floor:

Provides a bathroom with bath,one bedroom with twin beds and a double bed bedroom which has a balcony where you can enjoy the views of the countryside.

The bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and are equipped with A/C.

Casa do Cedro holds a current tourism licence, a gas safety certificate and an electrical certificate, is also provided with fire alarm detectors and a safe where you can secure your belongings.

This property is secured with an alarm system.

This property is manage by the owners therefore any problems that may occur or help required will be dealt with all the attention at the time.

The weekly prices includes, change of towels and change of linen for 2 week reservations.

We provide pool towels.

We supply cot (and bedding) and a high chair at no charge.

Check-in at 4pm , check-out at 10am. These hours may be flexible

depending on previous and next reservation.

Why can't I call Leonor (the owner) before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Leonor (the owner) a message.

If Leonor (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
