“Great accommodation in an amazing location!” We (my sister and me) have stayed in antonella's apartment during our Easter vacation to Rome. It was our first trip to Rome and it's important for us to have a good home base in this wonderful city in a good location. And this apartment is a gem, and we're very happy we've found it and stayed there! First of all, the biggest advantage of this apartment is its location. The apartment is situated in an old authentic Roman building, and Coliseum is right near the house. In fact you have a view of Coliseum from the main entrance of the building. The narrow street, where the apartment is situated, goes from Coliseum to Cavour street, and there you have a variety of transport to take you around town, including Cavour metro station. Termini train station is about 15 minutes walking. In fact we didn't use buses and metro a lot during our stay. All major attractions are within walking distance from the apartment, except Vatican. You can walk to the Forum, Piazza Navona, Trevi Fountain, etc. The apartment itself is in a very secure building. It's has a living room with a sofa, tv, kitchenette, a bedroom with bed which can easily used by two, and a very nice bathroom. All appliances are provided, including a variety of cutlery, towels, essentially everything you might need. The windows of the apartment go out to the tranquil internal courtyard with orange trees. It's very quiet in the apartment at night and during a day. Antonella herself is a very nice person! She met us at the apartment, showed us everything, and the whole process of renting the apartment was quick and very efficient! To summarize, if I go back to Rome (which I'm sure I would) I'd stay at antonella's apartment again!

“Excellent location, comfortable room, with aC” We (a couple) spent 5 nights here is late October. I chose the apartment due to the location and it was even better than I could tell from google maps. The location is excellent. I always felt safe. We asked Olivia to set up a driver to pick us up at the airport. Olivia met us as we arrived which eliminated any difficulties with finding the apartment or unlocking the doors on arrival. On departure, we were allowed to stay a little longer to make train travel to the cruise ship timing better. We have rented apartments in other cities and Olivia's support at arrival and for departure makes the difference between a Good and Great experience. We walked almost everywhere. There were top tourists sites, bus and tram stops, a taxi stand, grocery store and many excellent choices for lunch and dinner nearby. The apartment is accurately shown in the photos. It is small but as our next stop was a cruise ship there was plenty of room. The room was comfortable and quiet. There is a central cooling / heating system which was a nice surprise on warm nights. We only used the kitchen area for a cold breakfast, making coffee and afternoon snacks and it met our needs. We were able to hand wash and hang dry laundry in the bathroom area. The bathroom area is modern. The water tastes good and there was sufficient hot water for showers. We used the wifi daily. The building had a lot of charm. There are about 40 stairs to get to the room. We rarely saw other people in the building. We were able to use the lift on arrival to help bring up the luggage. There is a very good restaurant next door open for lunch and dinner. I would book this apartment again. If traveling with another couple we would rent both units. I would recommend this to a friend.
