From the owner

Ground-floor apartment perfectly situated in the historic heart of Rethymno’s Old Town. The bus station and the swimming beach are within short walking distance. The fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge with a freezer, an oven with a stove-top, a water kettle, a toaster, a coffee pod machine (Dolce Gusto), a French press cafetière and cooking utensils. The bedroom comes with an ensuite bathroom, an HDTV and plenty of space to hang your clothes. High-speed Wi-Fi and free Netflix are provided.

As you enter the property you will find a small living room with a sunny window facing towards an authentic Cretan neighbourhood. The sofa can be converted into a bed in order to accommodate a 3rd guest (extra charge). Adjacent to the living area you will find a spacious, open plan kitchen with a dining table. Nestled in the quiet backside of the apartment you will find a cosy bedroom with twin beds, air-conditioning, an HDTV with Roku, a clothes hanger, bedside lamps and USB ports for your charging needs. There is also an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Hot water is always available and the water pressure is excellent. A stable Wi-Fi connection can be accessed throughout the property.

The strategic location of the apartment means you can go anywhere on foot, including Rethymno’s long sandy beach which has been awarded with the Blue Flag. The castle of Fortezza and the archaeological museum are located nearby. A popular restaurant and a grocery store can be found next door. Stay in a residential neighbourhood with quaint little shops and funky eateries. There are also a few stray cats - feel free to feed them.

The entire property will be yours. The apartment has a private entrance and benefits from direct street access.

The central bus station of Rethymno (KTEL Rethymno) is just a 10-minute walk from the apartment. If you are driving, there are free and paid parking options in the vicinity, subject to availability.

We offer complimentary shampoo, shower gel, fresh towels and 100% cotton bedding. A hairdryer is available. If you need to wash your clothes, a laundromat can be found near the apartment. Smoking inside is not permitted but you can smoke outside.

You may check yourself in any time you arrive by finding the key stored safely in a lockbox at the entranc. If you need our help just give us a phone call, we live nearby. We have enhanced cleaning measures in place and we keep the property vacant for 24 hours between guest stays. The apartment has a private, street-facing entrance. There are no other guests sharing any of the facilities. We provide free hand sanitizing gel at the entrance. We also offer surface sanitizing spray and disposable paper in case you need to use it. We keep a record of every person that stayed in our accommodation for track and trace purposes. All towels and bedding are washed in water that's at least 60°C/140°F between stays. Check-in is completely contactless.

Great appartment, quiet, fully equipped, well documented, right in the center of the old town. Easy to be reached (on foot), free parking within 250 m. Excellent value for the money!

How do damage deposits work?
