This impressive six bedroom villa is situated in the countryside of Armação de Pêra and Porches, within a five-minute drive of the local town and its sandy beaches - ideally suited for the resorts of Albufeira, Armação de Pêra and Carvoeiro.
Large private 6 bedroom villa with 2 swimming pools one heated with waterfall, this unique property has 2 kitchen as well as 2 living areas for large families to give them space to relax and enjoy the surroundings.
Well suited for out door living with alfresco dining and comfortable seating area. Well shaded to keep you cool, not overlooked and only 5 mins from the beach with its bars and restaurants.

Extra's available ie Z-Bed and cot. we do have remote control ceiling fans in the other bedrooms.

Will accommodate 6 couples comfortably, extra person with Z-bed £100. cot/high chair £50. per week.

The Algarve / Central Algarve region

Places Of InterestCarvoeiro: White washed fishing village centred around the main beach.

Lagoa: The centre of the wine trade.

Albufeira: The original tourist centre of the Algarve, very busy in the summer with many bars, restaurants and nightclubs. Good shopping centre and the character of the centre has been retained with cobbled streets and small shops.

Alcantarilha: Sleepy old town unspoilt market town.

Silves: This town was the capital of the Algarve during the arab occupation until the XVI century; it has an interesting castle and gothic cathedral.

Portimão: Busy town with good shopping centre, vegetable and fish markets with pleasant walks by the harbour. The traditional sardine restaurants under the bridge have been turned into a tourist attraction.

Monchique: A pleasant drive through pine and eucalyptus forests. Stop on the way at Caldas de Monchique, a small spa town with attractice traditional architecture, local handicrafts and an opportunity to try traditional dishes and sample the spring water. Foia is the rather bleak summit with superb views on a clear day and there are several good restaurants on the way up - barbecue chicken is a speciality.

Lagos: Attractive old town with a fort, castle, medieval walls and several museums. Good for shopping with traffic free cobbled streets and plenty of restaurants with outside seating.

Cape St. Vincent: The most westerly point of Europe, spectacular waves at certain times of the year.

Tavira: An unspoilt Portugese town, dating back to Roman times, straddling the river with many interesting churches and a castle with good views over the town. Take the inland route through Loule and Sao Bras, a scenic country drive.

Ponte Da Piedade: Situated near Lagos and considered to have the most outstanding rock formations on the Algarve.

The Porches area

Armação de Pêra is a beach resort. The hotels and apartments back the golden beach which forms the focus of holidays at the resort. Armação de Pêra is a good place to immerse yourself in Portuguese culture and it is a great place to get a tan. The resort of Armação de Pêra has a variety of restaurants and bars. There is a bus service with connections to Albufeira and Portimão but a hire car is required for people who want a more adventurous holiday.

Armação de Pêra is well suited to all age groups and access to the beach is easy. Holidaymakers seeking a particularly active nightlife might consider a location closer to one of the larger centres as more suitable than Armação. Near to Armação de Pêra is the well established resort area of Senhora da Rocha. Houses and villas set in well maintained gardens enjoy pool and tennis facilities as well as access to the nearby beaches.

The property is situated close to Porches, west of Albufeira and east of Carvoeiro in a peaceful country side location within easy access to the beach. Five minutes by car and twenty minutes walking will take you into the local town of Armação de Pêra.

Faro airport is 45 klm away along the new A22 motorway, by car this would take about 40 minutes.
Taxi service is reliable as is airport transfers from and to the airport, at the same time car hire would be recommended so you can visit the Algarve and sample the foods and visit the wine growing areas.
