Located in the upmarket and unspoilt resort of Kalkan, on Turkey's gorgeous Turquoise Coast, Villa JaySea is fully equipped for a fantastic family or friends holiday. Ideal for up to a maximum of 8 adults (plus up to 4 children).

The south facing Pool Terrace is the perfect spot for sunbathing, swimming, relaxing in the jacuzzi, dining, sipping a cocktail at the bar or enjoying sundowners whilst appreciating the amazing views from the shaded lounge area. Equipped with 8 comfortable sun loungers with parasols, 2 external Dining Tables seating 8 and 6 respectively, contemporary sofa seating and 2 hanging basket chairs, a wet bar with bar stools and of course the requisite barbecue for those occasional nights when you're not tempted by the delights of Kalkan's renowned restaurants!

The delightful garden level comes complete with a huge covered terrace, with yet another wet bar and fridge, to escape the heat of the day in the comfortable sofa area. Here you can simply relax or get a little more active playing Table Tennis, Air Hockey or Pool or perhaps backgammon or chess at the games table: An ideal retreat and fun place for children and teens!

Inside, Villa JaySea is just as impressive; - with 260m2 of built area it is spacious and airy and has fabulous views from all rooms. The open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen is fully equipped and tastefully and comfortably furnished in a contemporary style. There is WiFi throughout, Apple TV and IPTV and DigiTurk digital channel provision giving a vast array of English language programmes, Movies, News, Sports & Children's channels on all 3 TVs in the property.

There are 7 separate beds at JaySea across the 4 bedrooms:

The huge Master bedroom has a 6ft Superking Bed, Bedroom 2 and Bedroom 3 also have Superking Beds plus an additional full size Single Bed (which becomes a cushioned daybed/sofa when an additional bed is not required) and the fourth bedroom has two 5ft double beds - so 3 of the 4 bedrooms are ideal for friends sharing or kids needing to share with Mum and Dad!

All bedrooms are ensuite, air-conditioned, have hairdryers and have a balcony or terrace with sea views. The master bedroom has a TV.

Bedroom 4, with sliding door access to the Garden Level Games Terrace, also has a TV and XBox to keep the kids amused when taking a break from the sun.

There is a fully equipped kitchen & laundry room for your personal use, but a stay at Villa JaySea is guaranteed to be relaxing as daily maid service, the services of a gardener/pool man and fresh bread delivery every morning is included: A truly luxurious and relaxing break in scenic surroundings in a fabulous location!!

IMPORTANT NOTE

Due to a number of stone steps the villa is NOT suitable for those with mobility issues. Please also note that we have a stair gate at the top of the external stairs, but we have no internal stair-gates. We also have an infinity pool with a sheer drop so children of any age must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times and should not be allowed to use floatation devices such as lilos, inflatable boats or similar without an adult due to the potential to float over the sheer edge of the infinity pool.

Very young babies are welcome and a travel cot and high chair and paddling pool can be provided.

Hairdryers, Bedlinen, bathroom towels, pool towels and separate beach towels for external purposes are all provided.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Joanna (the owner) a message.

If Joanna (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
