Magnificent 4 bedroom villa with private pool , 5 bathroom - Master en Suite with jacuzzi bath .The views from the house are spectacular. This villa are equipped with all that is necessary to make your ALGARVE HOLIDAY relaxing, enjoyable and memorable.

The villa is situated in a quiet and rural location . It is a 05 minutes drive to Estoi a typical Algarvian peaceful country town tha has several restaurants, bars and supermarkets and small daily market.The best beaches are Praia do Ancâo, Faro Island and Fuzeta is 30 mins away. The motorway is 10 minutes away though hidden by the hills, which means many golf courses are within 40 mins drive, Lisbon 2.5 hours and the Spanish border 30 mins.

Fully equipped with air conditioning for the summer months, & underfloor heating for the winter months, the villa can be occupied any time of year.

On the ground floor, there are 2 bedrooms; one is master with a double bed and one with twin beds and both have en suite facilities. The bedrooms has access to the outside terrace area which overlooks the pool and rear garden.

Within the lounge you will find a TV screen, together with a DVD . The villa is equipped with satelite TV and wireless internet access and computer.
