Villa Yar is a high end holiday home sleeping 12 guests.

Stunning views, peace and quiet with no passing traffic. It is within walking distance of the sea (300m), a number of beach clubs and is a short ride to the old town and marina of Kalkan.

Many guests comment that they love the fact that this is our own private property and not simply a generic rental house.

There is a 13m long heated swimming pool (a MUST for any stays bar peak summer), a master penthouse bedroom suite with 2 private terraces, and new Bosch kitchen, making already an incredible Villa become one of the best in Kalkan.

This is a 6 double bedroom villa - all with dual aspect full sea views and balconies - and facilities for 12 guests. BOSE sound system, 65" Smart TV with Netflix plus many personal touches such as books, beach towels and Nespresso coffee machines to make your stay have everything you need.

Villa Yar sits against the cliff and ensures TOTAL PRIVACY yet close to the town centre. Our guests love how close we are to everything!

The longest terrace in the area offers plenty of sunbathing options including Balinese day beds for 8 guests, teak wooden sun loungers, 2 outside dining areas (seating 18 in total), outdoor lounge, large gas BBQ plus shady spots or relax in our hammock on one of the balconies.

There is a private pool (which is one of the few HEATED pools in Kalkan - perfect for out-of-season stays and a must for most of the year to be honest) and a luxury 6 person tiled Jacuzzi.

The villa is cool and spacious inside with an open plan kitchen, dining and living area. It remains cool and fresh as it is not in direct sun all day - something important to think about when choosing which villa to rent!

There are six double bedrooms; four doubles, one twin and a master suite with superking bed and private terraces. There are 6 bathrooms - 4 ensuite bathroom facilities, 2 other bathrooms, built in wardrobes and floor to ceiling glass doors in every room to admire those full sea views. All bedrooms have incredibly comfortable pocket sprung beds and pure cotton linens so you will get a great nights sleep.

The villa is beautifully designed with fully applianced kitchen, laundry facilities and Jacuzzi bathtubs.

Relax on the sofa with U.K SKY TV INCLUDING ALL SKY SPORTS CHANNELS, Netflix, a DVD or book from our collection. Make yourself at home. With many outdoor areas from the main terrace and roof terrace to the balcony large groups can spread out and you will have plenty of space.

How do damage deposits work?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Lucy (the owner) a message.

If Lucy (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
