Stunning spacious Villa with 4 en-suite bedrooms, 1 separate WC, a spacious living room with fireplace, a bright lounge, dining room, fully equipped kitchen. Wi-Fi access is unlimited and fast. Air conditioning provided in all bedrooms.

Located in a total plot of 3100m2, the villa has a generous garden, automatically irrigated, with a large 12m x 6m pool. The gardens are beautifully manicured, with mature planting and maintained weekly by a professional team. There is space for games and fun!

Supplementary pool heating fee of 30€ per day (if required)

There is a large outdoor covered seating/dining area with barbecue to hand which provides a perfect entertaining space at any time of the day; or use it for some cooler peace and quiet in the heat of the day with a good book!

All bedrooms lead to a private balcony or terrace giving superb views to the south. The villa is superbly located with open views of the Amendoiras golf course, countryside and endless orange groves.

This property offers the pleasures of being in a quiet place, but just minutes from everything you could need. Local golf courses include the Amendoeiras complex whose greens can be viewed from the garden of the Villa. There are around 45 golf courses within 1/2 to 3/4 hour drive.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Alex (the owner) a message.

If Alex (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
