The Judge's House is a beautifully appointed period house with plenty of space for extended families or large groups of friends to stay very close walking distance of the beach, shops, restaurants, the harbour, fish and chip shops, Pannett Park etc. In a quiet tucked away cul de sac 2 mins walk from shops etc. Sympathetically refurbished to retain period character alongside 21st century luxury. Check in via key safe at the house.

Bedroom Types:

One king double bedroom (family bathroom with bath, separate shower, basin and WC on same floor)

One double bedroom (en suite with shower, basin and WC)

One twin which can be made up into a super king on request (shower room with shower, basin and WC on same floor)

Two single bedrooms (shower room with shower, basin, WC on same floor)

Travel cot (Babystart 910/4079) and high chair provided in the house.

Parking permits for three cars provided - one for on street parking (first come) and two for nearby car park (4 mins walk).

All linen, towels etc provided (except for cot, please bring what your baby needs).

Spacious communal rooms on the ground floor - sitting room with two sofas, two armchairs, coal effect gas fire; WC; dining room with large table seating 8 comfortably; very well equipped kitchen with granite worktops; small conservatory overlooking sunny courtyard garden with seating, table, Weber BBQ.

First floor

large bedroom with twin beds (can be made up as a super king on request when booking);

Furnishings reflect the Victorian age of the house (the beds are new!); full gas central heating with all radiators thermostatically controlled so guests can choose their temperature; pressurised hot water system ensures everyone can shower/bathe/flush loos/run cold water at the same time comfortably.

Rental includes all bed linen and towels with a choice of synthetic and feather pillows provided. Hairdryers in every bedroom. High chair and travel cot provided (please bring own bedding for cot).

Parking permit for one car to park in residents zone by the house (first come basis) and two further car park permits for nearby (4 mins walk) car park. These represent a saving of over £150 in parking charges per week.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Pam (the owner) a message.

If Pam (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
