“Ideal location, lovely cottage.”
Stayed in Little Impetts while attending a family wedding. The cottage was beautiful and ideal for a family of four. The location was beautiful and very idilic. The owners were wonderful and we couldn't have asked for more. With thanks to Lisa the owner.
Owner's reply: Thank you for your lovely review, I'm glad the weather held out for you too. And what a great venue for a wedding .Also Thankyou for leaving so very tidy, it was great to meet you too. All the best Lisa & Tim.
This was my second stay at Lt Impetts and I've already booked the next one. I can't wait to go back in the spring to see the area in better weather! The cottage is warm, welcoming and very comfortable and is a perfect base for visiting the Kent coast. Tim and Lisa are great hosts and I really recommend that you visit them and their lovely little cottage. I also recommend Lisas fantastic cakes and jams, what a talented lady!
Owner's reply: Thank you for your fantastic review! So happy and Lisa's beaming! See you soon. All the best Tim & Lisa
Lovely cottage in quiet location but plenty to do in the surrounding area. Cottage was well presented, clean and tidy. Easy to get to local attractions or just enjoy the local countryside.
Owner's reply: Thank you for your lovely review, and would love for you to visit again. Have a fantastic new year, all the Best Lisa & Tim
“A perfect little gem of a cottage!”
We've just spent a lovely relaxing long weekend at Little Impetts and loved it so much we've already booked a couple of visits next year! The cottage itself is very cosy and quiet and the owners (Tim and Lisa, who live next door - very handy!) made us feel so welcome and were very helpful. There are numerous lovely walks (from a short stroll to a lengthy hike) from right outside the door and our two Jack Russells had a whale of a time (it's the most dog-friendly place we've ever stayed). Lisa also makes delicious cakes, jams and chutneys which are well worth a try - and the fresh eggs (still warm from the chickens!) were an added bonus. Can't wait to go back!
Owner's reply: Wow! Thanks for the lovely review, we look forward to seeing you next year. Thank you. All the best Tim & Lisa

“superb location to discover Kent”
We went to the cottage for half term and stayed 7 nights. This peroid cottage is cosy, charming and full of characher. Although the kitchen is a bit small but suprisingly we manged to cook every meal for a week. Lisa and Tim were very flexible and kind and we even invited my daughter's god parents to come to stay with us for the weekend. They lived in the second bedroom downstairs and we were close enough but managed to have privacy (toilet is on the first floor so we did not have problem to use it, but I do not want to think about how my guests managed it). The location is perfect for our day trips. There are many walks in the village and within half an hour drive we reached Dover, Cantebury, Sandwich, Chilham and a chic zoo at nearby village Wingham. Because of the ideal location, we managed to have long lying in before getting ready for the day trip, and come back to cook our dinner. Also, if we had decided not going out, we could have enjoyed the beauty and comfort of the cottage and countryside itself by staying in and doing nothing but cooking. We have been to several cottages before for weekly holidays. This is definitely the best enjoyable one we have ever had.
Owner's reply: Thank you for your review, and thank you for sending the book.
“A very nice and comfortable cottage.”
We recieved a really warm welcome, the fresh flowers and flapjacks were a nice touch. We found the cottage cosy, comfortable and well equipped, we would definitely like to stay again. Mick and Sue, and Phoebe (our dog)

“An ideal spot from which to explore East Kent.”
'Little Impetts' is part of a picturesque thatched cottage, situated on a quiet country road. It has a pretty courtyard where guests can sit out to relax or eat a meal. However, there are several good pub/restaurants nearby to choose from. It is centrally located for visiting some of Kent's most notable attractions such as Canterbury, Dover, Richborough Roman Fort and the Cinque Ports. A short distance away are the Thanet coastal resorts with all their amenities. We certainly spent an enjoyable and interesting week's holiday there. Bill and Anne Smyth
