Our 2 villas are located in the heart of Nyuh Kuning near the Monkey Forest Park. Many shops and restaurants are within walking within a few minutes with the scooter you're in three minutes in Ubud. Our house is integrated into a Balinese "family compound", allowing insight into the Balinese daily life and the warmth of the people. Lovely staff, quality amenities, and the "Asian open living" concept guarantee a relaxing stay. The property was completed in August 2016th The duplex villa is set within a Balinese family compound in the middle of the famous village of Nyuh Kuning. Both houses have an open living area with sofas and a spacious, fully equipped kitchen with stocked minibar. On the ground floor there is also a open bathroom with shower. The bedroom and bathroom upstairs has air conditioning. The Villa (a bedroom with a balcony overlooking the garden) has about 90 m² living room with outside terrace overlooking the pool and garden. Natural materials and architectural elements share the terrace to ensure the privacy of both units. A 48 "HD SmartTV (cable and Internet TV) and a DVD player with sound system and a DVD library are available for your entertainment on rainy days. The entire house and the garden is fast Internet (10Mbit / s fiber optic ) via WiFi free of charge. Bed linen and towels are changed every 3 days. in addition, the hotel every 3 days is cleaned by the housekeeping staff on request like our masseuse Putu comes to your villa to provide you with a traditional Balinese massage overlooking the. pamper pool and garden. the infinity pool with about 30m², the pool shower and the pool terrace are shared by the two units.

Our prices include cleaning, linen and towel change every 3 days. Smoking is not permitted on the upper floor and in the bedrooms. It may only stay in the house, booked guests. For the environment, please turn off the air conditioning in their absence. Please be aware that the pool is used by both villas. But the lush garden planting and the architectural concept ensures maximum privacy.

How do damage deposits work?

If Kadek (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
