The house itself has balconies both front and rear to enjoy the surrounding sea and countryside views and a large grassed area at the front and side of the property. A lovely enclosed south-facing lawned garden with large decking area and summerhouse at the rear boasts fantastic views of Trearddur Bay and beyond and provides a great place to relax and a safe and secure environment for children to play. A Grade II listed fortified construction in the garden also provides a unique feature and gives the house its name of The Lookout.

GROUND FLOOR - Lounge/Dining Room ; An entrance way (with coatroom/storage room containing a large upright overflow fridge-freezer) leads to a large open plan, newly refurbished and tastefully decorated lounge and dining area just off the kitchen ; 2 new leather sofas and a leather tub chair provide plenty of comfortable seating in the spacious yet cosy lounge - lots of space for adults to relax in and children to play. The dining table comfortably seats six. Free super-fast WiFi, a flat-screen HD TV with Sky Q satellite system, a Blu-Ray/DVD player and a CD player are provided. A selection of both indoor and outdoor games, books, and DVDs have also been provided for your enjoyment. The spacious kitchen is well equipped to the highest standard with an exceptionally large electric oven with gas hob, Belfast sink, microwave, toaster, second fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. All crockery and utensils are provided. A newly installed downstairs cloakroom with WC and wash basin leads off the kitchen.
FIRST FLOOR - Master Bedroom ; Light and fresh double bedroom decorated to provide a relaxing atmosphere at the end of the day. The room has plenty of storage space with a built-in double wardrobe (containing an iron and ironing board) and a dressing table. Most importantly, the room benefits from a good-sized balcony which boasts fantastic views of the sea and surrounding farmland. A hairdryer is also provided. Second Bedroom ; Spacious double bedroom again with plenty of storage with a wardrobe and dressing table and another good-sized balcony which is a real sun-trap in the mornings. Third Bedroom ; Small bedroom with bunk bed (double bed below, single above). Family Bathroom with modern white suite, decorated to a high standard. There is an electric shower, separate corner bath with hand-held shower attachment, WC and sink with ample storage space for toiletries.
OUTDOORS - Large garden and outside space to the front and rear of the house. To the rear is a lovely lawned south-facing garden with a large decking area and summerhouse (containing deck-chairs and a selection of beach and outdoor games), all providing fantastic sea and countryside views and a place to relax on sunny days and long summer evenings. The rear garden is enclosed and contains a Grade II listed fortified construction with a roof planted with sedum and scented alpines! The rear garden also contains a raised rockery planted with grasses, herbs and flowering alpines. A gate at the bottom of the garden provides private access to a path leading down to the beach and nearby shops, pubs and restaurants. Plenty of garden furniture and a BBQ have been provided for al fresco dining, together with deck chairs to make the most of the seaward facing decking area, which acts as a real sun-trap on sunny days. The front garden consists of a large grassed area, covered by wildflowers at certain times of year, adjoined by a scenic rock-face on one side and private parking for two cars on the hard driveway, plus a double garage with games room.
