A delightful, beautifully renovated cottage in the village of St Harmon in Powys which can sleep four people in two bedrooms. Tegfan is a delightful, beautifully renovated cottage in the village of St Harmon in Powys. The cottage can sleep four people in two bedrooms which are made up of a double and a twin as well as a separate bathroom. The rest of the cottage is made up of a kitchen with dining area, a sitting room and a conservatory. To the outside is off road parking for three cars and an enclosed garden with hot tub and fire pit. Set in wonderful surroundings, Tegfan is a property that can be enjoyed at any time of the year.

Amenities: Electric heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher, hair dryer, iron, fridge with ice compartment, washing machine, Smart TV and WIFI. Fuel and power included in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Enclosed garden with hot tub and fire pit. Travel cot and highchair available. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. No smoking. Shop 4 miles and pub less than 1 mile. Elan valley, fishing, fantastic walks all close by. Note: This property is surrounded by owners working farm.

Note: The hot tub will not be to temperature on arrival due to being cleaned on each changeover. Note: Due to the location of the property, mobile phone signal may be limited. Note: There is another holiday home next door so please be aware of other guests on site. EV car charging available at £10.00 per day per car.

Region: Famous for its choirs, stunning mountain ranges and beautiful valleys, this wonderful country has something for everyone. From Snowdonia in North Wales to the Brecon Beacons and the Pembrokeshire Coast in the South.

Town: The village of St. Harmon is located on the River Marteg in the county of Powys, amidst the beautiful countryside surrounding Rhayader. Rhayader is a bustling market town with an abundance of small unusual shops, many eating establishments and pubs, a leisure complex, and for outdoors enthusiasts, cycle hire is available in the town. There is a wonderful feeding station for Red Kites near Rhayader, where they can be observed quite closely.
