From the owner

Aloni Villas are situated in the traditional village of Rousospiti in the prefecture of Rethymno. Villa Clio is part of a 5-villa complex standing on a plot of 4000 square metres. This charming 135 square metre villa has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, is fully air conditioned and sleeps up to 6 people.

Villa Clio has a 40 square metre swimming pool set in an attractive garden with trees and potted plants on a sun terrace with sun beds and umbrellas and a canopy swing. There is also a BBQ and a traditional oven for relaxed al fresco dining.

The ground floor has an open plan living room with a fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar. There are patio doors leading onto a shaded balcony from which there is access to the pool. There is also a bathroom with a small bathtub and an overhead shower. From the ground floor there are stairs leading down to the garage.

The first floor has 3 double bedrooms with built-in wardrobes. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a small bathtub and an overhead shower and shares a balcony with the second bedroom. The third bedroom has a private balcony. All three bedrooms have splendid views of the sea and surrounding landscape. There is one additional bathroom with a shower and a washing machine.

Free wireless internet access is available and there are satellite TV and DVD player provided. Use of a laptop is available on request.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send George (the owner) a message.

If George (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
