Description from owner


The Beach House is located about 100 metres from the beach so it is a fabulous location for families or couples craving long walks along the coast. Enjoy the luxury of short walks to and from the beach to collect forgotten items, even with a cup of tea in hand!

The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 doubles and 1 single with large bunkbeds. The sitting room has a TV, DVD and wifi, with a second DVD player in the bunk room. The kitchen/dining room leads to a small, enclosed private garden with decking, a great spot to watch the sun go down while enjoying a glass of wine. The bathroom has a power shower or large bath.

The house is heated by electric heaters and a log burner, so it is very warm and cosy whatever the season. The Beach House has its own Solar PV Panels making it self sufficient in electricity, reducing the carbon footprint of your holiday.

Rhosneigr is a small, beautiful village in Anglesey. It is a magnet for families and watersport fanatics - guests can learn to surf, kite surf or sand yacht during their stay. It has a great beach in the village with rock pools and large sand dunes just two minutes from the house. The magnificent Broad Beach is 10 minutes away, with wonderful walks and shell collecting. Both beaches are as good as any in the UK.

We are also lucky to have some of the best pubs, restaurants and cafes in North Wales on our door step - including the new Oystercatcher Restaurant and Will's Bar in the sand dunes on the edge of the village. Each child gets a pot of pens and an activity book on arrival, something for everyone!

We had a lovely weekend in No 3. Comfortable and warm with everything we needed. Kitchen equipped with all sorts of extras such as foil, cling film, oils, ketchup etc which we were asked to replace if they ran out. It sleeps six but as a two we had plenty of room to spread out; six might be a bit cosy downstairs. A small garden with decking and table and chairs for four. Garden enclosed so dogs safe, but with the beach only 50m away it was easier to walk them down the road onto the sand. A quiet area with parking for one car in the courtyard right outside the house. Owner Claire was a pleasure to deal with. Excellent value for money - recommended!

Excellent property for a stay in Rhosneigr. House very spacious, with all the necessary household facilities and extras such as Sky tv, wifi, etc. It also has a personal touch as it is decorated with loads of paintings and ornaments with a beach theme. It feels like a 'home from home' as soon as you walk in. Central location is ideal, being situated really close to beach, shops, pubs and restaurants. Highly recommended, looking forward to going back again sometime soon.

We were a family of 5 staying for a much needed break. The house had been recommended by friends and I am so pleased I took up their recommendation. The house was just LOVELY, a perfect size, nicely furnished and with a well equipped kitchen, good stock of books and games etc... The location was FANTASTIC, about a 1 minute dawdle to the beach. Claire the owner was great and gave good advice about places to eat- the pancakes are a must. We shall definitely return for another stay.
