Le Balcon Notre-Dame is an elegantly furnished two bedroom apartment for up to 4 Guests with an incredible river view.

Step inside this gorgeous apartment and be awed by the view out the large windows and onto the River Seine. To the right you see the gorgeous face of the queen of Paris, Notre Dame Cathedral. To the Left, the Palace of Justice, the spire of Sainte Chapelle, the beautiful Seine bridges, and the booksellers on the river bank.

As you watch the fantastic light of Paris slowly changing throughout the day, you will learn what makes this city so magic.

Renovated with the highest quality and attention to detail, you will love the bright and modern design.

Huge windows overlook the river, and bring light into the entire apartment and invite you to step onto your private balcony for magical Paris views.

BED:

The master bedroom features a very comfortable queen size bed for 2 guests.

The second bedroom is equipped with a Double size Murphy Bed.

Full linens are provided for both beds.

The living area is large and spacious with plenty of seating and a modern dining table.

KITCHEN:

The kitchen is the epitome of sleek design, endowed with high-end fittings and appliances. The kitchen features a fridge/freezer, stovetop, large sink, lighting, oven, microwave/grill, a washer-dryer, nespresso machine, drip cofee and tea kettle, and all the kitchen tools that you may need.

BATHROOM:

The bathroom includes a shower, with shampoo and soap provided. The bathroom also is equipped with a sink, toilet, all towels, and a hair dryer.

The bedrooms looks onto a quiet courtyard for a tranquil and peaceful ambiance, a respite from the noises of the city.

The living area faces the river and the Paris island ILE DE LA CITE, which allows plenty of light and fresh air.

Why can't I call the property manager before booking?

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How can I retract my booking request?

How do I cancel my booking?

Go to Manage your holiday booking to cancel your booking. Here you can view your cancellation policy to see if you’ll be refunded.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send the property manager a message.

If the property manager agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
