“We had a great stay!!” My wife and I and our 4 year-old stayed her for 10 days in October. This was our first time renting an apartment, and I would never do anything but rent a place for our next trip. Priscilla made everything very easy for us. She answered all our questions before we left, and she sends very complete information for your stay (except about where to put the trash! :) ). The flat is small, but feels bigger. The `bedroom' is separated from the mail living area by a room divider. There is sufficient privacy, even if you were to be traveling with non-family members. Priscilla has found clever ways to make use of the space. We never really felt cramped. There is a TV that we never used, a CD player with an excellent jazz CD in it!!, and plenty of books to read, including Paris and France guidebooks. The god-send was the kitchen. We had all our breakfasts in. There are 2 grocery stores within 2 mins of the house. There are 2 bakeries close, one just outside the gates of the building. The kitchen is well equipped and easy to use. We saved a fortune not having to buy breakfast. There is even a dishwasher (there is also a washing machine...but no dryer). I loved making my coffee in the morning. I need to get one of those electric kettles! The wifi worked perfectly, and it kept us in touch. There is a metro station within a couple of mins of the flat, as well as a bus stop. While the flat is not in the main tourist area of Paris, we could be almost anywhere we wanted to be (Louvre, Luxemburg gardens, etc.) within 10-15 mins. Plus, there are some very interesting bistros in the area around the flat, especially near Place Clichy, which is a 10 min walk from the flat. If you want to save some money, have a more authentic Parisian experience by being in a locals neighborhood (very safe.. on a main street) and save some money, this is an excellent choice.
