With its contemporary style, this 70m² apartment offers an incomparable Parisian experience. Ideally located on Rue du Marché Poncelet, you'll live in the heart of authentic Parisian life, surrounded by cafes, bakeries, caterers, fresh produce markets, restaurants, shops, and the Ternes metro station, all within a 3-minute walk.

The apartment features a fully equipped kitchenette, including a ceramic hob, microwave, electric oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, and extendable table with 4 stools. The elegant and functional bathroom offers a bath/shower and a massaging shower. You'll also have a dedicated space for washing and drying your clothes.

The spacious 30m² living room provides a sleeping area with a sofa bed, a work area with high-speed fiber optic wifi internet connection, a flat-screen TV, and two sofas creating a comfortable lounge area. The master bedroom, spacious and well-appointed with a king-size bed, boasts a superb dressing room.

INFORMATION JO THE OLYMPIC GAMES IN PARIS 2024

For this historic event, the City of Light is thinking big! Visitors are able to watch events at top sporting venues in Paris and the Paris region, as well as at emblematic monuments in the capital visited by several millions of tourists each year. The promise of exceptional moments to experience in an exceptional setting!

- Beach volleyball events are held opposite the Eiffel Tower on the Champ-de-Mars (20 mn from flat walking)

- fencing and taekwondo under the glass roof of the Grand Palais and archery on the esplanade at Invalides 15 mn in car).

- The Pont d'Iena is also the venue for road cycling (15 mn with metro)

- and the park of the Palace of Versailles for equestrian events (42 mn with car)

A great spectacle in prospect!

Iconic French sporting venues are of course be playing their part. The Stade de France (19 mn in car) will host the athletics and rugby events and football matches take place at the Parc des Princes and in other stadiums in France (Nice, Marseille, Nates, Bordeaux...)

. As for tennis and boxing events, they are held at the prestigious Roland Garros stadium (18 mn in car)

The Seine, the capital's iconic river (10 mn from flat), is at the heart of the Paris 2024 Olympic Games, as the Opening Ceremony of the Paris 2024 Games is held on and around the river. This unique ceremony is held outside a stadium for the first time and the public will be able to greet the athletes as they parade in floating boats on the Seine. The route ends at the Trocadéro (10 mn from flat)for a grand finale. The spectacle will undoubtedly be unforgettable.

The lower part of the Champs-Élysées avenue (7 mn from flat walking) and the Place de la Concorde (30 mn walking) are the setting for the opening ceremony of the Paris 2024 Paralympic Games on 28 August 2024. More than 4,000 athletes from 184 delegations from all over the world start by marching down the Champs-Élysées towards the Place de la Concorde - and its iconic obelisk - where a unique and grandiose spectacle awaits the spectators. The two opening ceremonies, as well as the two closing ceremonies, are orchestrated by Thomas Jolly, artistic director of the ceremonies.

Thanks for your comment. Flat is equipped of special insulated windows forecast in airports specially to avoid the noise. We rent a lot this flat and nobody was disturbed with noise. this depends of each one.

How do damage deposits work?
