Located in the heart of historical Marais district, very near Picasso Museum, Bastille, République and Seine river, off rue de Bretagne and famous Marché des Enfants Rouges full of lovely restaurants and great cheese shops. Boulangeries (bakers), wine stores, grocery stores, pharmacies, and cafés within blocks of the apartment on rue de Bretagne. Some stores include prestigious names, like Pierre Hermé or Kenzo

“The apartment was incredibly clean; the bathroom had just been repainted; the kitchen was well-equipped and had everything I needed for cooking; there was lots of closet space and a desk/bureau that was good for writing. There are windows overlooking both sides of the apartment, which let sunlight and a breeze into the apartment when opened. The neighborhood is fantastic and just a few blocks down from the Marché couvert des Enfants Rouges, where you can get fresh produce nearly every day”, wrote one of my past renters who stayed 3 months.

40 square meter apartment with washing/drying machine, cable TV and free Wi-Fi connection. In addition to TNT French television, on another HDMI there's a " Dreamstar " TV allowing to view many channels from several countries, UK, Italy, Germany, Spain, etc

Please do not hesitate to ask me questions about Paris, the neighbourhood where my flat is located. I'll be happy to answer and help. I've been living in the Marais since I was 13, so I can say that I know the area. And others, too, for Paris isn't that big when you think of it. To go to the Eiffel Tower for instance, there is a direct metro line, without changing, from my station " Filles du Calvaire ", line 8. It's fast There are just so many places you can do by walking. No need for even a bus. Just walk and see..

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

How do I edit my booking?

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Pierre (the owner) a message.

If Pierre (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
