This magnificent, elegant and peaceful apartment of 915 sq. feet (85 m2) is ideally located in the heart of Paris at the center of the most chic districts of the Capital. 2mn. walk to the most beautiful avenue in the world: the Champs-Élysées. Close to the finest delicatessen stores. Only 1mn. walk to the Presidential Palace and rue du Faubourg St. Honore with all its Haute Couture stores as well as the jewellers of Place Vendome and Galeries Lafayette. The apartment is tastefully decorated with authentic 18th century furniture and will provide you a comfortable and restful stay in Paris. The building is extremely well kept, has security-controlled access and is located on the 3rd floor (French) with an elevator. The apartment was completely refurbished in 2010 and is fully equipped and modernised with a brand new kitchen. A very comfortable queen-size bed and extra luxurious queen size sofa-bed. Cross ventilation will keep you always at the ideal temperature.

This luxury apartment with 2 separate bathroom is conveniently located in the chic 8th arrondissement-Golden Triangle of the city, nestled on a quiet, mostly residential street between the prestigious Champs-Elysees to the south and the tree-lined bld. Haussmann to the North. Parisian must-sees including the Grand Palais, the Arc de Triomphe, the Musee Jacquemart-Andre, and the Parc Monceau are all easily within walking distance. Stop by the Place de la Madeleine for macarons at Laduree on your way to Place Vendome, renowned for its jewelers or the rue du Faubourg St.-Honore, home to haute couture shopping. In case you prefer to take the metro, the Miromesnil stop (lines 9 and 13) is just one block from the apartment and Line 1 stops (Champs-Elysees and F.D.R.) are just five minutes away.

After a full day of exploring the treasures of Paris, enjoy a relaxing evening with a bottle of chilled Champagne to welcome you. We are responsible for the tasteful renovations to the apartment a pleasing combination of 18th century antiques with modern comfort and convenience.

Enter the apartment through the modern, off-creme kitchen with steel and black detailing. Its ample, well-lit workspaces and the sleek cabinets, under-mount recessed lighting and glass backsplash give a spacious feel to the room. Its high-end appliances include double oven, five-plaque range with hood, dishwasher, microwave, large refrigerator with freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, blender and other essentials which will make any seasoned cook feel at home. A combination washer and dryer are located here as well. The window which provides natural light looks over the buildings cobblestoned courtyard lined with topiaries. The glass dining table which can seat up to six may be moved to the study on the right for a more formal dining experience if so desired.

The simple but stately study leads into the living room through an archway. Rich reds complement antiques pieces including wooden marble-top consoles with gilded detailing. Persian rugs, gilded mirrors and sconces, and original paintings and prints complement the period feel. The windows which look down onto the street below are framed by floor-length drapes. Classic architectural features include parquet floors and high ceilings decorated with patisserie molding. The full-size sofa bed can accommodate an additional 1-2 guests.

Amenities include a flat-screen TV with satellite cable and DVD player with video library. Music lovers will appreciate the stereo with CD player, iPod docking station and music library. High-speed Internet access and unlimited calls to domestic and international lines are included. Over 116 countries can called for free.

Just off the living room is a full bath in sky blue and off-white tiles with a single vanity, tub with handheld shower and heated towel rack. Practical for additional guests, it could easily serve as a second bath allowing a couple to have his and her baths.

The master bedroom is located on the other side of the apartment for maximum privacy. The comfortable bed (63 x 75 inches; larger than a queen) and luxurious linens ensure a good night rest. The calming blue room is decorated with 18th century period artwork in gilded frames, some antique as well as more contemporary wood furniture, and two tufted, armless green chairs. Like the kitchen, the double windows look over the charming courtyard. The bedroom has a cleverly conceived en-suite bath: The well-lit and mirrored marble-topped vanity is open to the bedroom. To the left of the vanity is a frosted glass door which opens into the tiled shower with overhead showerhead, hand-held showerhead and body jets which can be operated independently or together. To the right of the vanity is the door of the WC. A hair dryer and iron are available.

Small dogs may be considered at the apartment. Daily maid service and babysitting may be arranged on request.

A great apartment in a great location

The kitchen, living room, and bedroom are all beautifully equipped and decorated. While the master bathroom is too small, there is another bathroom off of the living room that has plenty of room.
