From the owner

Located in mid town Ocean City at 71st street, our Beach Place North property, is a 4 level, 4BR, 2 1/2 BA oceanfront townhouse. It has central air conditioning, sleeps 12 and features two oceanfront bedrooms, three oceanfront decks and is perfectly set up for two families or one large family.

There is a private outdoor pool which is open from Memorial Day - Labor Day and is available only for the guests at Beach Place North. As there are only 25 units on the entire property, you will not be crowded. The beach in front of Beach Place North is one of the least densely populated in Ocean City. Our family stays here two weeks every summer and this is one of the prime reasons we bought here.

The house is set up as follows:

Parking Level

The lowest level fronts the parking lot which has under unit parking for two cars. There is a full sized washer and dryer on this level.

Main Level

The main level has a living room, dining room, kitchen, and a 1/2 bath. The floor is the original yellow pine, newly refinished, and the walls are the original 'beachy' tongue and groove pine panels.

The living room is equipped with a wall mounted, 46' flat screen LCD TV. There is a queen size Lazyboy sleep sofa. The sliding glass door opens to the beach level deck. Two steps down and you are on the beach!!

The spacious dining room has table space for eight and has a sliding glass door that leads to a rear deck where there is an enclosed exterior shower and storage area for boogie boards, beach chairs etc. In addition, there is a hose you can use to wash the sand off before entering the shower or the main house.

The kitchen features a Silestone counter top with a breakfast bar, white cabinets, electric stove, dishwasher, disposal, coffee maker, blender, and refrigerator with ice maker and water through the door. There is under cabinet lighting and recessed ceiling lights, both of which are on dimmer switches.

The half bath has been remodeled with new ceramic tile floor and a new shell shaped pedestal sink as well as a new Toto toilet.

Second Level

The second level has two bedrooms and a full bath with a tub. The oceanfront bedroom has a king size bed and a sliding glass door leading out a private deck overlooking the ocean. There is a TV in this bedroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds. The bathroom on this floor has been completely renovated and features new ceramic tile on the floors and tub surround as well as a granite topped 57' vanity with matching mirror.

Top Level

The top level also has two bedrooms and a full bath with tub. The oceanfront bedroom has a queen size bed and a sliding glass door leading out to an open deck overlooking the ocean. The second bedroom has a pyramid bunk bed with a full mattress on the bottom and a twin on the top. The bathroom on this floor has also been completely renovated and features new ceramic tile on the floors and tub surround as well as a new pedestal sink and Toto toilet.

General Info

The unit comes equipped with cable TV and a wireless network for internet access. All bedrooms have tv's and are cable connected.

Mini week and weekend rentals available in the off season.

We supply everything, pots, pans dishes, glassware and utensils. There is even a Graco playpen which can be used for the baby to sleep in overnight. Just bring your sheets, food, and a favorite pillow if you have one and get ready to enjoy a wonderful time at the beach.
